assalamualaikum madam raha and all..

Just want to share some article I’ve read from my sister blog... she said she got this news from one of her friend, EWA…. I’m not sure this article is true or not… but just want to show and share it with all of you

It’s about a baby found dead by his (I think so) own mother… I don’t know either his mother is too careless or the design of the bad is not suitable for baby and kids… for me, I think both…

Based on what I’ve read… the baby found dead while his head stuck at one side of the bed…. The body is hanging at the bed!! OMG!! I can imagine how hard that baby died…. I don’t know how I want to write about it here because I can’t paste that picture here…. By looking at that picture I’m sure all of you will understand how terrible the baby tries to escape from that situation…

Maybe I just left my sister blog address and you can see the picture there… she wrote this on Friday, August 1… Just ignore the rest and read the baby article…. http://onyhamdan.blogspot.com.... But I’m sorry because it’s not in English…. Just want to share this with all of you…

I think that’s all for today…

It realized me, touched my heart deeply. Yes, it is. My favorite novel. I have read a few novels before and until now. How fascinating and excellent of this novel is! I read this novel in Mandarin translation, nonetheless, I shall try my way to demonstrate and give through the messages and main points from this book to you all, to let you realizing how touching the novel is!
‘Wenny’, the main character in this novel. She was aged 9. she had never studied in school since she was penniless or even she did not afford to take a good or balanced meal daily. Her father, who had been gone a long time ago since she was aged 3. So, how about her family member actually? She had a mother, a younger brother, who aged 7. She had never felt strange or lonely because her mum love them too much and she even tried to spend all her time on her 2 children.
But, what happened was, the world was reality. Doubtlessly, her mum had to support and bear all the burdens or even expenses daily. She could just earn bit money from sawing and helping to wash clothes from other people daily. No ones can predict or realize what may suppose happen for tomorrow or one day after. Yes, it is thoroughly true and correct.
Her mum fell to sick seriously. And what the sadness was, her mum was suffering from cancer of leukemia! For sure, no anyone more could support or give her a hand for handling this serious problem. What she can actually do? She just can bear by herself. They had to get a big amount of money for her mother’s treatment and therapy. Perhaps, you have already known, it is impossible absolutely.
3 months passed, her sickness was getting worse. This 3 months could be considered a long time for Wenny, just seemed like 10 years long. What had actually happened on her mum, Wenny had seen vividly. She knew, her mum had been suffering a horrible painfulness by attacking of leukemia. For Wenny, her heart had already been broken up, everyday in this 3 months she had to bear to the yell and screaming from her mum because of the PAIN. Try to think, Wenny is just 9, can she afford to this entire upset incident? You may know the answer…
I knew, Wenny could feel the pain too. I also realized that the tears were flowed down on her cheeks everyday, perhaps until the endlessness of her whole life. The darkness and horror existed in Wenny’s mind, can not be eradicated or rubbed out for long-lasting!

Assalamualaikum Madam raha... I thought we need to make our own blog like other class but since all my friends post what they read here so i just copy what i've wrote at my blog... i.ve wrote it on August 3rd....

Man kills nagging nephew

This is the address for these article... i've read it on Sunday, August 3rd,2008 at NSTonline.

http://www.nst.com.my/Current_News/NST/Sunday/National/2310651/Article/index_html

This article is about an uncle killed his nephew who approached him for money after his uncle came back from work. His uncle lost his temper and stabbed his nephew (Fong Kam Fian,27) three times, twice in the chest and once in stomach. Based on the article, Kam Fian’s uncle stabbed him in front of his parents but his parents didn’t do anything. At the last paragraph Kam Fian’s father, Fong Kian Seng said that his son had been take drugs and caused trouble at home. Maybe because of this, his father did not do anything while Kam Fian’s uncle stabbed his son in front of him. You can read the full article at the link I've wrote...

What I’ve got after read this article is the disadvantages of taking drug. After taking drug people may do something out of mind and may cause too many trouble at home or public. They will not going to think anything they do is right or wrong and mostly they will cause trouble for their family members especially their parent. Therefore, say NO TO DRUGS!!.. hee~~

yesterday i read an article in july RD.according to that article, i knew the asthma rate among kids had rise.from the recent research, it may have to do with our sterile lifestyle and overuse of antibiotics.hence, reduce the usage of antibiotics especially to kids.and, surprisingly, we have to replace our antibacterial soups and cleaning product to the normal one.

in general, there are maybe three things men do worse than women. salam..today I read one news about why do Women life longer than Men.They smoke a lot more. They eat more food that leads to high cholesterol. And, perhaps related to that, men tend not to deal with their stress as well as women. They may be more prone to internalizing that stress rather than letting go — though that's a fairly controversial point. Nonetheless, stress plays a very important role in cardiovascular disease. that's all

Actually these few articles i've read since the beginning of this month but i always forgot to leave my comment on this blog. I found these articles on the same magazine, that is the Jusco Pearl Magazine, July 2008 edition.

The first one is about health. We often pull out yesterday's leftovers and think to ourselves, "Is that safe to eat?". While some things may smell or taste ok, we could actually be putting harm's way into our mouth. This is what 'How Safe Is Your Food?' all about. It's a very interesting article. It also tells us the ways to prepare the food safely and some safety facts which I think it is very useful for us to have these as basic knowledge nowadays.

The second article is about beauty. Regardless of how much you spend on beauty products and facials, skimping on sleep will cause your skin to look dull and tired. From this article, I found out that getting the right amount of sleep will not just help us to regain energy, but also reduces stress hormones, controls cortisol level which directly controls our appetite and improves our skin. Aim to go to bed before 10pm or 11pm, as this is the time where our sleep will be most productive and try to make our sleeping and waking up time the same time each day. From article 'Are You Getting Enough Beauty Sleep?'.

Next is about losing hair. There are people losing hair in every second. Some are natural but most are due to these 3 reasons; stress, poor nutrition and harsh hair treatment. Nobody likes baldness. So why not take good care of our hair when we are still young before it starts dropping naturally when we are old?

The fourth article is about how to keep beautiful friendships. "Friendships are one of the most beautiful things to happen to human kind. It's wonderful to feel related to somebody whom we aren't related to." I like this phrase as it is very meaningful. From this article, I learnt the importances of friendship and some pointers on how to maintain the good friendships we are having.

Another reason why I like to read Jusco Pearl magazine is because there are many food recipes. I'm a very bad cook but I like to eat. I'm also very interested in cooking and baking. From this magazine, I get to learn some new ways to cook new dishes in different methods. I know there are not many things we can read in recipes but I learn many ingredients words that are new to me.

Today I've read an online article about 'Water: The Drink for Long Life'. This article tells us how water factors into our health and longevity plans. The amount of water we are encouraged to drink is at least 2 litres everyday but how many of us really have this drinking habit? Those of you who want to know more about the benefits of a good "drinking habit" can log on to http://health.yahoo.com/experts/drmao/15595/water-the-drink-for-long-life/;_ylt=Anh2KLgoMfTNQ2n_nFuLEFWz5xcB. As we know, health is the most important thing in our life but I find that the health of people nowadays is getting from bad to worse due to many factors. We can live for days without food, but our survivals depend on drinking water.

But,nowadays, pupils and sometimes adult has used the cellphones for useless thing.and with the modern technology now,the cellphones have many function.first is mms, then wap and gprs.Now,3G.We already forgot what is the main function of the cellphones. The world is already change. Now,when the teenagers want to have sex, they used the cellphones to tahe their sex video. How Stupid and shameful. The cellphones is used to communicate, and sometimes to sent pictures. But now,the cellphones function already have been misused.now its used to sent even porngraphic pictures. That's why we find to many porno pictures in the internet. We must change the new generation. We must make them more dicipline tolive in this new and challenging world.

GET BACK ON TRACK

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi saw it all for himself – how commuters jostle to get into the KTM Commuter and LRT coaches and the delays they have been putting up with during the morning rush hour.
Like most commuters, Abdullah spent time waiting for the train to arrive when he took rides from Serdang on a KTM Commuter and later switched to the LRT to get to Masjid Jamek.
He also spoke to scores of passengers, and they had no qualms telling him the problems they face in using the train services.
“They appear to be no system, I’m not happy with this the people are not getting satisfaction from riding the trains. This we must fix,” said Abdullah, who wants the rail transport system to get back on track. From “The Star”

So you think that meditation is a more effective way of going to sleep than counting sheep? Or is it a better alternative to watching reruns on TV? Well for some, that may be true. Today I've read an article about the benefits of meditation. Meditation shifts the brain's activity from the stress-prone part to the calmer part of the brain. In another words, it takes us back into the NOW and lets go of the THEN. I think it's a very useful method for people who often have stress from study, work or family to live better and healthier lives. From http://www.enhancedhealing.com/articles/view.php?article=1071.

Your Ring tone

A cell phone’s ring tone can be just about anything. It can imitate the ring of an old-fashioned telephone, reproduce a snappy 1980s pop song or even sound like a frog ribbeting. All of these are not particular things, but what the vital is that ring tones can say about a person or even are representations of the characteristics and personalities of human beings. Ring tones are a style statement just like clothing, shoes and make-up. It can be considered our necessities or requirements which it is an indication of what he or she is like personally. A ring tone says as much about a person and it’s easier to get it across. If someone has downloaded a song by Bob Dylan or Jimy Hendrix to his cell phone, this person is more likely very pensive and interested in many different things. It’s a sign that he or she is creative, clever and open-minded. People who select a soft rock melody will surely be viewed by others as romantic. A person who downloads the Star Wars theme song is hoping it will help him reach others who share the same interest. From “The Star”

As usual, today I've read an online article and it's about 'Winning An Argument'. I chose this article to read because arguments happen around us all the time. Therefore, it's good to get some basic knowledge about arguments. First of all, when you enter into an argument with another, what is it that you hope to gain? I guess most of you would say "to win". Well, actually there are four possible outcomes of an engagement, win, lose, compromise or stalemate. The real winners are not people who won the argument but those who have compromised and allowed the others to understand and see their points without leaving them wounded. However, compromising is often seen by many as losing. In another words, an argument does not have to be about winning or losing. Both parties come away elevated when they feel they have both contributed to a positive outcome. From http://www.enhancedhealing.com/articles/view.php?article=1094.

i have read a book titled MARIAN KEYES & THE OTHER SIDE OF STORIES. the story is about a girl who has conflict in her life..she faced the problem when her parent broke off, where her dad had a plan to marry another woman which was younger than her.she dont expected this to happen as her dad is in his golden time. sometimes she tought that her father had something problem which is Alzhemeir.
during these period of time, she had no choice that is to keep in view and always be there for her mother that faced the hardship.in this situation, she trained herself to become independent, responsible,to be patience and ready to sacrifice a lot of interesting things in her life.
so, i would say that this story gave me an impact and a lot of inspirations and build my spirit up.

Hello, Mdm Raha...

I dont have much things to be shared since i dont really like reading thing. It is not that i dont read at all, i do, but just a little. Recently, i have read one article which has no title and it is about the no 1's killer in the world, AIDS or acquired immune deficiency syndrome. It is a set of symptons and infections resulting from the damage to the human immune system caused by human immunodeficiency(HIV). AIDS is now a pandemic. In 2007, an estimated 33.2 million people lived with the disease worldwide and it killed an estimated 2.1 million people, including 330,000 children. Over three-quarters of these deaths occurred in sub-Saharan Africa. Most researchers believe that HIV originated in there during twientieth century. AIDS was first recognised in 1981 and its cause, HIV, in the early1980s. Although treatments for AIDS and HIV can slow the course of the disease, there is currently no vaccine or cure. Antiretroviral treatment reduces both the mortality and the morbidity of HIV infection, but these drugs are expensive and routine access to antiretroviral medication is not available in all countries. Due to the difficultyin treating HIV, preventing infection is a key aimm in controlling the AIDS epidermic, with health organisations promoting safe sex and needle-exchange programmes in attempts to slow the spread of the virus.
Ends of my reading..

Do you think buying junk food in small packages will help you eat less? If your answer is yes, watch out. Two new marketing studies found that some people tend to consume more calories when junk food portions and packages are smaller. Smaller packages are more likely to fuel temptation because they are considered to be innocent pleasures, and may turn out to be sneaky small sins. Large packages, on the other hand, trigger concern about overeating. The law of attraction simply states that you become what you think about most. Whatever situation you may be, you have the power to achieve what you want in life. In another words, if you think you are rich, you can be right. However, if you think you are rich but you feel so stingy over the money you have, you are obviously not in congruent with your thoughts. Actually it's not so much about what you think, but rather the feelings you are having. Therefore, if one is having recurring negative emotions, one must clear them in order to activate the law of attraction to work in one's life. There are 2 simple steps:
1) Take 100% responsibility in your life (stop blaming everything under the sun, except yourself).
2) Give gratitude (to what you already have in your life).

I recently read a quiz in the Japan Close-Up (the 100th edition)...

I hope that, all of you can try to answer this simple quiz...

The number 99 is a mysterious number. If you calculate the square of 99, you get 9801, which can be writen as "98+O1", and this also adds up to 99. See if you can find two other two-digit number that have the same characteristics as 99..

99x99 = 9801
99 = 98+01

Try this and i will tell the answer later....good luck!!

Why a smoker won't quit after hearing that puffing away is a leading cause of death? Why an obese person can't shed a few pounds after learning that lethal ailments loom for the overweight? Scientists have come up with a host of reasons why humans stick to bad habits, and they are zeroing in on what to do about it.
1) Innate human defiance.
2) Need for social acceptance.
3) Inability to truly understand the nature of risk.
4) Individualistic view of the world and the ability to rationalize unhealthy habits.
5) Genetic predisposition to addiction.
Although the reasons people can't stop the bad habits have been identified, the problems still can't be solved if the people involved aren't changing their behaviours. From http://www.livescience.com/health/061205_bad_habits.html

I recently read about "EASY but USEFUL JAPANESE"

In this section,We will learn some japanese word here, so maybe it is useful one day for us...

If you can continue to remember the words introduced here every month, Japanese will appreiciate your efforts and will be much friendlier to you.. the word is

"to-ni-ka-ku"

This word can be use in many situations. It usually means "anyway" or "at any rate". If your friends hesitates to do something, you can say to him or her, "tonikaku yarinasa" (do it anyway)...
When u have an opportunity to eat Japanese dishes for the first time, your Japanese collegue or friends may encourage you to try, saying "tonikaku doozo" (please try it anyway)......
This expression is very useful when someone is at loss what to do...If you are asked to do something you are not good at, you can say, "tonikaku gambari masu" (anyway i will do my best)....
When you make a lunch appointment with someone and he or she does not appear even after the appointment time, you can say, "tonikaku machi mashou" (let's wait for him or her anyway)...
when a school boy wants to play outside, his mother says to him, "tonikaku mazu (first), shukudai (homework) yarimasai" (anyway finish your homework first)....

okey that's all

assalamualaikum madam rahah,

i recently know that stress has two: that are stress that's good and stress that's bad... i read about this article from reader's digest book for august edition..

so from my reading:
stress that's good are;
1) having a filled-to-the-brim schedule that still contains several activities that you look forward to and enjoy doing.

2) facing something with enough excitement to override any fears

3)being tired enough to get restful, deep sleep.

4)feeling challenged and alert-primed to tackle the task at hand

and here are some stress that's bad;

1)having an overloaded schedule stuffed with obligations that you don't enjoy and wouldn't fulfil if you had a choice.

2)facing something with a mixture of dread, worry and anxiety.

3) wanting to stay in all time rather than take a stab at getting through the day

4)having restless sleep, ulcers, back pain or recurent illness.

okey that's all...

Insomnia is said to be the most common sleep disorder. According to the National Institutes of Health, these dissatisfying sleep experiences only get in the way of daily activities for 10% of us. And in almost half of those cases, the real underlying problem is illness (often mental) or the effects of a substance, like coffee or medication. Here are 5 recent findings that might help you rest easier:
1. You sleep better than you think you do.
2. You need less sleep as you age.
3. You can sleep like a baby (one at night time and one mid-day).
4. Animals exhibit a range of sleep habits (but not for humans)
-> We will lose ability to focus even just 1 night of missed sleep.
5. Get used to being tired, hit the desk:
a) Go to bed at the same time nightly.
b) Set aside enough time to hit that golden 7 hours of sleep.
c) Block out distracting lights and noises.
d) Exercise regularly but not right before bed.
e) Avoid taking subtances containing caffeine at least 4 hours before bedtime.
If you can follow these few easy steps, you can totally forget about taking sleeping pills or other treatments.

'Sleep: How Much Is Enough?' The best answer is that you feel fully refreshed and alert the following day when you get enough sleep. If you need an alarm clock to wake you up in the morning, you probably aren't getting enough sleep. However, many people seem to have a cultural bias against sleep. They think of sleep as a waste of time. On the other hand, we often hear people complaining that they are not getting enough sleep. Inadequate nighttime sleep can lead to daytime sleepiness, fatigue, poor concentration and memory, and an increased risk of mistakes and accidents. Researchers also have shown that inadequate sleep can increase one's appetite and promote weight gain. From

Cows seem to know which way is north
WASHINGTON - Talk about animal magnetism, cows seem to have a built-in compass. No bull: Somehow, cattle seem to know how to find north and south, say researchers who studied satellite photos of thousands of cows around the world.

Most cattle that were grazing or resting tended to align their bodies in a north-south direction, a team of German and Czech researchers reports in Tuesday's issue of Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
"The magnetic field of the Earth has to be considered as a factor," the scientists said.
This challenges scientists to find out why and how these animals align to the magnetic field, Begall said in an interview via e-mail.
"Of course, the question arises whether humans show also such a spontaneous behavior," she said, adding, what "consequences does it have for their health."
For my comment: If they have evidence suggesting that mammals are using magnetic fields to orient their movements, this is very cool!!

I'm sure everyone still remember the song "I Hate Public Speaking". Anxiety is one of the feelings that most people struggling with everyday. It makes us lose our self-esteem and self-confidence expecially during a presentation. Here is a list of techniques to manage one's anxiety, fear and self-esteem:
1. Practice makes perfect. Through practices, you will become better at the task at hand and your self-confidence will increase.
2. Visualize yourself doing a task (that have to perform in future) in your mind.
3. Pray and ask God for help. It will help managing your fears and self-confidence.
4. Write down on a list everything that you are thankful for. When you feel down, take out the list and review everything that have listed.
5. Talk to a professional. It will provide you with additional advice and insights on how to deal with your current problems.
Anxieties often make us fail in many important tasks that we want to do. Therefore, we must not let our anxieties overcome our self-confidence if we want to succeed in life. From http://www.enhancedhealing.com/articles/view.php?article=418

Striking a balance
Where do parents’ rights end and children’s rights begin?
WE LIVE in a world filled with different ways of expressing life. Every parent has his or her own way of raising children.
There are parents who believe that children should be told what to do and set right by strict disciplinary rules.Other parents prefer to raise their children by offering them guidance in making their own choices.
We would like to think that every child is safe under the protection and guidance of his or her parents. But sadly, with the rising number of child abuse and neglect cases in our society, we must view with seriousness how parents deal with their children.
One parent I talked to was of the opinion that children will become spoilt brats if the cane is not used to discipline them.
Another parent said she chose to raise her children without the cane because she did not want them to fear her, the way she feared her own father. She wanted a different kind of relationship with her children, one that stems from respect and not fear.
For my own view, no parent do all the right things and none of all wrong things. In fact, we all want to do what is the best for their children and ourselves.
I believe parents who have positive self-awareness and are confident that they are doing right by their children, can strike a balance between the rights of children and those of parents.
Parents are not only teachers; they are also learners. As we embark on this parenting journey, we will learn many lessons about ourselves and our children.

Building trust
How to help your child overcome her fear of washing hair.
Many children around the age of 4 or 5 have problems with water and soap getting into their eyes. They worry even at the anticipation of having their hair washed. Sometimes no amount of coaxing can convince them.
Your child needs to feel that she or he is actually in control by washing her or his hair. Don't force your child to wash her or his hair when they still could not adapt the water or soap or even in unwilling situasion.
As a perfect and excellent parent, you require to provide several essential views and suggestions to your child, but the final decision lies on him or her. If you do forcingly, it just make your child afraid more and lead the situasion more worse. If it do not work, you can try to listen to your child opinion, perhaps, she or he has her or his own way for washing hair. The more time you spend listening attentively to your child, the better she will feel.
You may want to give her a mirror to look at how her hair is being washed while you are doing it. Children feel less fear when they can see what is going on.
To settle her fears, you need to help her work on possible solutions. Avoid telling her what is best for her; rather, let her try to work it out using different approaches. While it may take time for her to let go of her fears, your support and trust can make a big difference. From The Star Online.

Do u believe that disposable diaper can save a child's life? In Sao Paulo, Brazil, a disposable diaper has saved the life of an 18-month-old boy, breaking his fall from a third-floor apartment window. He survived a 30-foot fall because his diaper snagged on a security spike embedded in the concrete wall around his apartment building. The boy dangled from the spike for a moment, then the diaper opened and the baby fell to the ground, but at a much slower speed. It was a miracle as he could also be killed by one of the spikes. Later, the child was just treated for minor fractures and he was in stable condition. From the news, I find that anything can happen to us. We never know what will happen tomorrow, or even in the next second. Therefore, we must always try our best to do whatever we want and have to do, and appreciate the people around us, especially our parents so that we will not regret it one day. It's really true that in this world, there are always problems and failures that will always accompany in human being as long as he lives. Sometimes it can lead us to sink and loss our hopes to move on, to reach for the stars of our dreams. However, only in time of trials and hardships that a man will be known in the pages of history if he is really a man of power, a man of courage or a man of talking and retreat. If you encounter with tough hardships, failures, problems and odds, your philosophy in life should be...Never, never give up! Or the burden may sink you. Read this carefully...

If you think you are beaten, you are.
If you think you dare not, you don't.
If you'd like to win but think you can't, it's almost certain you won't.
Life's battles don't always to the stronger or faster man,
But sooner or later, the man who wins is the man who thinks he can.

In conclusion, the keys to success are to know yourself. Control your mind. Think. Make right decisions. Never accept defeat. Believe in yourself. Mentally accept your great future. Never think of failing. Believe that YOU CAN IF YOU THINK YOU CAN! And always remember...that the Future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams! Have you ever heard any about "Smart School"? I think you might have considerable ideas about this kind of school. Yes, this is absolutely what you are thinking now. Is that your school is considered smart school before during you studied five or even
just six year in you secondary school before that? Then how many that you know about this type of school? So I would like to
share with you all a few information about this kind of school to let you know more about it.
"Smart School", when you just heard this name, i think you have already known that this kind of school is related to the digital
and high technology system in teaching and learning guideline. Then, I would like to elaborate more this event about this school.
Smart schools, first introduced in 1999, differ from regular schools in several ways. For one thing, a part of their teaching and learning uses digital content and ICT hardware.
Then, students are provided with facilities such as web-based TV while teachers are given software like the Web School Management System (WSMS) and
Learning Content Management System (LCMS) for organising administrative detail.
Besides that, all of the teachers in these kind of school are given new format of teaching which to encourage the teacher to use
the high technology and digital systems for their teaching, following that the students can try to adapt the new method of teaching
and they can feel familier of all the ICT things and system, but it is not just feel strange and there is no any idea to use the
ICT or computer system.
"Using interactive whiteboard, doing online research and the presentation is done by powerpoint, all of these are just normal practise in school" a Form Five student said.
Now, most of the teachers from smart school make to use the computers and LCD screens for teaching all of the subjects.
Lastly,in my view, the smart school did the good thing for all the teachers and also following by the students' learning. It play a
main role no matter in teaching or learning, but it is also for our country to ahead to a huge development by using the computer
and high technology system. ICT is used to enhance interest in the field itself as a career, and also to improve the students' lives

Everyday, every time to make yourself happy, can you do so? In my opinion, there is no one can be happy for long-lasting. No one can be confident to speak out that tomorrow or a certain date or time, he or she can be very happy and cheerful. Of course, all of these are happening around me too. As a usual and ordinary human being, for sure you may suffer from sadness or upset for some events and cases happened around you. However, what I would like to share with you all is to make ourselves happy all of the time even though we have to face many challenges in our whole life. Here, there are several effective ways to make you calm down from sadness, angry or upset, then turn you back in happy situation.
• Eat the diet food to make you feeling that all of the things happened around you is satisfied and you can forget the sadness gradually.
• If singing or dancing is your favorite, try to go to K-box to have and taste this excellent happy moment.
• A good reader you are, and then you can read the interesting novels or some of the books that you like them most.
• You can also find a partner to accompany you to take a short travel or just for shopping, watching movie or going somewhere else to buy the things that you require.
• Cooking is your expert, try to think out a perfect and tasty food, then you can have a good enjoyment of this type of food or you just can also share with your friends and parents too.
• Take a good sleep, actually can to be a good method to give you a big help to forget all of the sad events which are happening around you. This is also to make yourself calm down you mind-thinking and your emotionality can be under a good control.

How to take care your hair?

We have about 100,000 hairs on our head. Each hair shaft has three layers, with cuticle, or outside layer, protecting the two inner layers. Do you know this? I may not only try to talk about this thing, but my main aim is to make you all realizing that the best way to protect and take care your hair.
By this reading, I think it can give you and me a big deal to cope the hair falling and make your hair to be shiny always. Actually, how to take care to your hair depends on the type of the hair you have, your lifestyle and how you style your hair.
If you with dry or curly hair, there have different hair care needs than people with straight hair. But all hair need to be treated gently, especially when it’s wet. Wet hair can be stretch, making it more vulnerable to breakage or cuticle damage. That why using a hot blow-dryer on every wet hair can damage it. If your hair is dry and curly, you are advised that do not to wash your hair frequently or less frequently. Curly and dry hair usually more fragile than straight hair, so you shall be more careful using heat styling products. Shampoos made for dry and curly hair and the hair conditioners can help.
Don’t think that your lifestyle may not influence your hair. Are you preferred for sporting or doing outdoor activities? Then, you are supposed to be more concern to your hair’s health. Often exposure to sun, wind, or other element which may directly affect your hair. A good idea from me is that to wear a hat when you are going to do your outdoor activities.
As an adolescence, I think you might be preferred to style your hair by many types of styling products or even iron the hair from curly to become straight or vice versa. In fact, this totally harm your hair. For my advice, do not use too much of the heat styling products and chemical treatments. Follow the instructions and don’t use them on wet hair or high setting. Give your hair a vacation from styling once in a while. Ask your hair stylist or dermatologist for advice on using heat styling products.

10 ways to relax:

Everyone has his or her own ideas and ways to get the relaxation. Have you ever tried the best ways to relax yourself which need not via the following methods: need not to irritate someone; need no yoga classes and drinks or diversion or anything. Here, there are several effective ways to relax you as well as possible or even can reduce your stress or sadness too. Don’t you believe? Then, take a look the ways, and try them, I think you may know by following.
 Smile. Sit over one seat or certain corner then laugh or smile just like a fool, but a relax fool. We smile when we are happy, but we can cheat our psyches by smiling first becoming lighter next. So smile. Widely.
 Drink some water. I think it works for me for you too. May be water can refresh ourselves or it used to digestion or something, who cares? The important thing is that it works!
 Breathe deep. Breathing in, you can imagine the good things are around you. Breathing out, you can think that the stress or sadness leave you from yours.
 Beauty treatment 1. You can take a trip to salon to set up your hair or even style your hair. If you can afford your time and money, a massage or steam bath or even both.
 Beauty treatment 2. Look a beautiful thing. Sceneries, children or even cute animals, they work! Or you can change your desktop image into a beautiful picture
 Sharpen your pencil. This is one of the rhythmic activities which relax you fast.
 Water treatment. Take a bath, never fails for me. Or if you can swim, just try it.
 Meditate. Sit still, breathe rhythmic, think beautiful thoughts.
 Laugh. Laugh out loud, and the world then will think that you are crazy, let them. Perhaps, this is also one of the ways to relax them too.
 Play. I do not mean that to play the computer games or irrelevant activities. My meaning is that you can play with children or even your pets to let you forget all the irritate things and unhappy events.
Do they work on me? My answer is just one: “Yes, exactly they work!” More information, you can refer to http://hubpages.com/hub/10-ways-to-relax

Sleeping is very important:

A nice sleep is vital for everyone or even to me. A sufficient sleeping will lead you to many benefits. Why we are supposed to sleep every night? Having enough sleep in a day will make you to start in the right mood and full of energy is our mind’s means to refresh and rejuvenate. I would like to take this opportunity to share with you all about the benefits of sleeping.
• One benefit of Sleeping is that it strengthens and improves our memory, brain functions and protects memory from outside interference.
• During sleep, the brain actively processes information learned during the day.
• Basically when we sleep, it is the time when our brain will function in a minimum level letting it regain its energy and full capacity.
• Sleep may also have other benefits like improving physical and immune function, physical and cognitive performance and regulating mood.
• The healing process whether from wounds, or illness, will boost during our sleeping hours.
So, in my opinion, we suppose to have a nice sleep at least 6-7 hours for a day due to rejuvenate our mind and body. Don’t be too late to sleep, until we have no enough energy
to study or do others activities and it may make our mood of study gone. Be smart, be genius, to sleep early. From www.thestaronine.com

Good nutrition is good health

The average of eating the fast food is increasing promptly and this has an enough evidence to show it. The average American eats three hamburgers and four orders of fries every week, a statistic that must make nutritionists cry. Good nutrition is such an important part of good health, yet it is the first thing we sacrifice when we get busy. It's much faster and easier to grab a fast-food burrito than to cook a well-balanced meal, but our health is suffering because of it. 17 percent of American children are considered obese, and they run high risks of suffering from type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and heart problems in the future. We're young now, but these risks are only going to get more serious as we get older. We need to start taking care of our bodies now so we can live longer. If we each start making small, gradual changes in our diet and encouraging our friends and family to do the same, we can start to take control of our health. Eating healthfully promotes a strong immune system and helps keep the body fit and resilient. Good nutrition also prevents health problems, such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease and depression. Lastly, in my comment, try to think before you eat, consider the food that you have chosen is that sufficiency of nutrition or either it may destruct your health. Reading aloud with your child

In the rush of everyday life, it can be easy to miss out on reading together — but even a short amount of reading time each day is really valuable for children. Reading aloud to your child is the easiest way to boost his literacy skills and help him do well at school. It improves his vocabulary and attention span, feeds his imagination, helps him to wind down before bed and also creates a cozy time when he can chat to you. There are some reading’s tips from Jacqueline Wilson, try to take a look, I think this may give you and your children a big help too!
1. Reading aloud to your child is great for bonding. At bedtime, it also helps calm boisterous behavior.
2. It’s a good way of finding out what’s going on in your child’s head, too. If something is bothering him, choose a story that creates an opportunity for him to talk to you about his feelings.
3. Start reading aloud to your child from about six months with simple board books.
4. Don’t be put off if you’re not a confident reader. You can even make up your own story to go with pictures in a book.
5. You don’t have to put in a star performance! It’s fine to read in your ordinary voice if you don’t like doing different voices for the characters.
6. If your child is fidgety, choose a story he can join in with and act out.
7. Stories aren’t just for bedtime! Try reading to your child when you’re curled up on the sofa, or even when he’s playing — whatever fits in with family life.
If you want to know more information, then visit www.greatbookstoreadaloud.co.uk for some brilliant books to read aloud with your child.

The good ways to fill up your leisure time.

I have already read through this website and it mentioned about how we are going to use our leisure time. I took a few minutes to think this question, and actually I also don’t know the right ways to fill up my leisure time. So, this website is quite good to let me use the leisure time especially the holiday in coming soon in right motives. There are 3 great ways to use the leisure time effectively and meaningfully:
1. The proper use of our leisure time at home begins with proper priorities.
2. The proper use of leisure time requires a balance between family and self.
3. The proper use of leisure time in the home demands a balance between work (or study) or play.
The right balance is found in the family that works together and plays together, spends time with each other, and is committed to the work of God. If you have a hard time doing this, then schedule a time each week just for the family. Too little, or too much - that is just the way life is. You have to work on it to get it just right. And so it is with our use of leisure time. From http://www.discoveret.org/lcoc/news/01no637.htm

Preventing cancer

“Cancer”, I feel the huge horror and terribly even just heard this word. It is a very serious sickness or even there is still no any medicine or therapy is afforded to treat it. It can just lead someone fatal in a short period because it can spread in the human’s body very fast and even nothing can stop its spreading. Due to prevent this horrible sickness exists in someone body, so I have already found some information that prevents the cancer spreading in the human’s body.
Firstly, you are required to pay closed attention for food and nutrition; all this is not only for our health, but also a good way to prevent the terrible cancer. What is supposed to recommend is that consumes energy-dense food and fast-food sparingly, avoid sugary drinks if at all. Avoid salt-preserved, salted, or salty foods; if you really require, then you can preserve food without salt. Next, limit intake of red meat and avoid processed meat. Take the plants or vegetables as more as possible and you are also encouraged to take the vegetables which plants by yourself (original).
Besides, physical activities are also very essential for everyone and it is effective to prevent cancer occur! Be moderately physically active, equivalent to brisk walking, for at least 30 minutes everyday.
Don’t think that all this information is less useful because prevention is better than treatment. Due to our health, we have to concern our lifestyle and pay attention most on our food! More information, please refer to http://thestar.com.my/health/story.asp?file=/2008/9/14/health/1995644&sec=health

Water is life.Without water, there will be no life on earth. Both animals and plants need water to live. Both will die after a certain period without water. The earth is made up of 71% water but less than 3% of that is fresh and less than 1% of the fresh water is available for humans to use.
The sad fact is,even by the beginning of the 21st Century,1 billion people are still without safe drinking water.
The main reason is neglect by the governments in the countries concerned. They do not give the problem enough important.
Besides bad management, the water crisis is also caused by bad weather and increase in the number of dry regions around the world.
So.its tue that without water we cannot leive. So,lets together manage our country to save a world.

People who are good looking do not necessarily suvveed in life.Do you agree?
People with good looks are treated better than those who are ordinary-looking.People tend to pamper or do things for them. This may be to their disadvantage.
Good looking people rely on their looks to get things done. They think that just by flaunting their good looks, they can get many things done.
Attractive people usually have litte brains. Not having the need to use their brains most of the time means that they have little opportunity to develop their intelligence.
Many good-looking people are failures in life. They have not got what it takes to succed in life.Plain looking people are seldom pampered. So,in the end it is plain looking people who succeed and good-looking people who fail.

Youths give the adults another headache because of their involvement in drug addiction. The government has launched an all-out campaign against drug but it does not seem very effective. The problem become worse.
From all of this,we can see that youths of today are really a serious social problem.

this is the first comment from me for this page..anyway,just want to share about the phenomena in the article that i have read in the internet..it's about tsunami that had been happen in our country in the past years.. A tsunami (pronounced /(t)suːˈnɑːmi/) is a series of waves created when a body of water, such as an ocean, is rapidly displaced. Earthquakes, mass movements above or below water, some volcanic eruptions and other underwater explosions, landslides, underwater earthquakes, large asteroid impacts and testing with nuclear weapons at sea all have the potential to generate a tsunami. The effects of a tsunami can be devastating due to the immense volumes of water and energy involved. Since meteorites are small, they will not generate a tsunami...
so,we must take precaution if this phenomena happen again..
that's all from me..thank's

why do people start smoke?
there are not many smokers who started smoking after the age of eigheteen.in fact, the majority of smokers took up the habit in their early or mid teens.at such a young age,you don't realy think about the health risksof smoking and you certainly do not realise how addictive smoking can be.As a teenager you probably think that you can try smoking a few times and then take it or leave it.
Howevver the reality is that it doesn't take a long time to become addicted to nicotine andsmoking.within a short period of tpme, children can experiance the same cravings and withdrawal symptoms as an adult,as well as many cigarettes or more.
there are several reason why children or teenage start smoking.many children start smoking because their friends have try itorsmoke themselves.other children start smoking as an act of rebellion or defiance against their parents or people of authority.

BOSTON-a recent survey found that more people are sleeping less than six hoursa night willgot the bigger concernis chronic sleep loss, which can contribute to health problems suchas weight gain, high blood pressure, and a decrease in the immune system's power, reports the Harvard Women's Health Watch.
they suggest four reasons to get enough sleep:-
a)learning and memory:sleephelpsthe brain commit new information to memory through a process called memory consolidation.in studies, people who sleep after learning a task did better on test later.
b)metabolismand weight:chronic sleep deprivation may cause weight gain by affecting the way our bodies process and store carbohydrates, and by alterimg levels of hormones that affect our appetite.
c)safety:sleep debt contributes to a greater tendency to fall asleep during daytime.these laoses may cause falls and mistakes such as medical errors, air traffic mishaps, and road accidents.
d)mood:sleep loss may result in irritability, impatience, inability to concentrate, and moodiness.too little sleep can also leave you too tired to dothe things you like to do

Fasting during the month of Ramadan (also spelled Ramadhan, Ramzan, Ramadhaan), is one of the five pillars of Submission (Islam in Arabic). In the month of Ramadan, submitters (muslims / moslems) fast from dawn to sunset (if able). While fasting (seyam / saum / sawm) during Ramadan, the individual refrains from eating and drinking and practices continence. It is a time of worship and contemplation and to fulfill God's commands and grow one's soul. A time to strengthen family and community ties, and be on our best behaviour.

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Muslim calendar. God revealed the Quran to the prophet Muhammad, on the twenty-seventh night of Ramadan (this night is also referred to as the Layl at-ul Qadr, or the Night of Destiny), 13 B.H. (before Hijrah). This corresponds to 610 AD.

[Quran 2:185] Ramadan is the month during which the Quran was revealed, providing guidance for the people, clear teachings, and the statute book. Those of you who witness this month shall fast therein.

[Quran 97:1-5] We revealed it in the Night of Destiny. How awesome is the Night of Destiny! The Night of Destiny is better than a thousand months. The angels and the Spirit descend therein, by their Lord's leave, to carry out every command. Peaceful it is until the advent of the dawn.

Thank you.happy fasting

Vitamin A is an essential human nutrient. Vitamin A actually refers to a family of similarly shaped molecules: the retinoids. Its important part is the retinyl group, which can be found in several forms. In foods of animal origin, the major form of vitamin A is an ester, primarily retinyl palmitate, which is converted to an alcohol (retinol) in the small intestine. Vitamin A can also exist as an aldehyde (retinal), or as an acid (retinoic acid). Precursors to the vitamin (provitamins) are present in foods of plant origin as some of the members of the carotenoid family of compounds.

All forms of vitamin A have a Beta-ionone ring to which an isoprenoid chain is attached. This structure is essential for vitamin activity.[1] The orange pigment of carrot - Beta-carotene - can be represented as two connected retinyl groups. The retinyl group, when attached to a specific protein, is the only primary light absorber in visual perception, and the compound name is related to the retina of the eye.

Vitamin A can be found in various forms:

retinol, the form of vitamin A absorbed when eating animal food sources, is a yellow, fat-soluble, vitamin with importance in vision and bone growth. Since the alcohol form is unstable, the vitamin is usually produced and administered in a form of retinyl acetate or palmitate.
other retinoids, a class of chemical compounds that are related chemically to vitamin A, are used in medicine.

Thank you.

Everyone's heard how important it is todrink enough water.Especially in the hot summer.months.But is it reallythat necessary?Absolutey, this nutrient is vitalto health in numerous ways, benefits of drinking water canot be underestimated.
1)drinking water enhances fat loss
-Water is an essential nutrient. All chemical reactions in the body depend upon it.If you'retrying to lose weight, this can't be ignored. You won't be able to lose weight without water to flush out the by products of fat breakdown. When there isn't enough water to dilute the body's waste products, kidney stones may form. When the kidneys aren't working to their full potential, the liver must step in and help.Once this happens the liver can't optimally perform its other important functions. As aresult, burning fat has to wait.

2)combat ailments by drinking more water
-In many cases, fatigue, headaches and back pain may be caused by dehydration. If you sufferfrom an afternoon nod off,try drinking more waterat lunch. If you or your childrencomplain of frequentheadacches, the amount of water you're drinking could be responsible. And,muscle spasms are also caused by not being adequately hydrated.

3)look younger-drinking water hydrated your skin
-when the skin is properly hydrated,it looks plumpand more radiant.Water willkeep the toxinsflushed out and helpyou to cooloff through perspiration.Muscles need to have enough water to make tham look full too.Deprive yourself ofwater and you'll see the difference in the mirror.

Love at first sight usually begins with the eye contact. It is therefore a good idea to keep the eyes sparkling and inviting, in preparation for such situations. The skin around the eyes is particularly delicate, so stimulation and proper hygiene of this area should come first. Splashing the area with cold water every morning will help promote blood circulation, and wiping the skin with apple juice lends it a sparkle and a tinge of robust health.

Dark circles around the eyes are usually the result of fatigue, the onset of middle age, stress, or a deficiency in the diet. This problem may be prevented, or at least minimized, if a regular eight hours of healthy sleep is observed every night, as erratic sleep patterns have adverse health benefits which first manifests as dark rings around the eye area. Tea can also help. Just boil some leaves in water and let the consistency cool down before making ice cubes out of it. Then apply it to the eyes to give it a perkier look

salam.. you know about radar? no?let's read it now..RADAR is a system that uses radio waves to determine and map the location, direction, and/or speed of both moving and fixed objects such as aircraft, ships, motor vehicles, weather formations and terrain. A transmitter emits radio waves, which are reflected by the target and detected by a receiver, typically in the same location as the transmitter. Although the radio signal returned is usually very weak, radio signals can easily be amplified, so radar can detect objects at ranges where other emissions, such as sound or visible light, would be too weak to detect. Radar is used in many contexts, including meteorological detection of precipitation, air traffic control, police detection of speeding traffic, and by the military.

The term RADAR was coined in 1941 as an acronym for Radio Detection and Ranging. This acronym of American origin replaced the previously used British abbreviation RDF (Radio Direction Finding). The term has since entered the English language as a standard word, radar, losing the capitalization in the process.

salam..you kno about
Galileo Galilei..here some info about him..
Galileo Galilei (15 February 1564 – 8 January 1642) was an Italian physicist, astronomer, and philosopher who is closely associated with the scientific revolution. His achievements include improvements to the telescope, a variety of astronomical observations, the first and second laws of motion, and effective support for Copernicanism. According to Stephen Hawking, Galileo has probably contributed more to the creation of the modern natural sciences than anybody else. He has been referred to as the "father of modern astronomy," as the "father of modern physics," and as the "father of science." The work of Galileo is considered to be a significant break from that of Aristotle.

salam..most of us like art..but we know where it came from?..let's take note..Art is the expression of creativity or imagination. The word art comes from the Latin word arch, which, loosely translated, means "arrangement". Art is commonly understood as the act of making works (or artworks) which use the human creative impulse and which have meaning beyond simple description. While art is often distinguished from crafts and recreational hobby activities, this boundary can at times be hard to define. The term creative arts denotes a collection of disciplines whose principal purpose is the output of material for the viewer or audience to interpret. As such, art may be taken to include forms ranging from literary forms (prose writing and poetry); performance-based forms (dance, acting, drama, and music); visual and "plastic arts" (painting ,sculpture, photography, illustration); to forms that also have a functional role, such as architecture and fashion design. Art may also be understood as relating to creativity, aesthetics and the generation of emotion.

salam..we always use term to describe some one who popular or great but we know where term biography came?
Biography (from the Greek words bios (βίος), meaning 'life', and grapevine (γράφειν), meaning 'to write') is a genre of literature or film which presents a relatively full account of the most interesting and important events of a notable person's life. While a biography may focus on a fictional person, the term usually refers to non-fiction works. As opposed to summaries of people's lives, such as profiles or curriculum vitae, a biography is a continuous narrative which interprets and explains the person's character, personality, and social context.

about TIGER.....

The tiger (Panthera tigris) is a member of the Felidae family; the largest and the most powerful of the four "big cats" in the genus Panthera.Native to much of eastern and southern Asia, the tiger is an apex predator and an obligate carnivore. Reaching up to 4 metres (13 ft) in total length and weighing up to 300 kilograms (660 pounds), the larger tiger subspecies are comparable in size to the biggest extinct felids.Aside from their great bulk and power, their most recognizable feature is the pattern of dark vertical stripes that overlays near-white to reddish-orange fur, with lighter underparts. The largest subspecies of tiger is the Siberian tiger.Highly adaptable, tigers range from the Siberian taiga, to open grasslands, to tropical mangrove swamps. They are territorial and generally solitary animals, often requiring large contiguous areas of habitat that support their prey demands. This, coupled with the fact that they are endemic to some of the more densely populated places on earth, has caused significant conflicts with humans. Of the nine subspecies of modern tiger, three are extinct and the remaining six are classified as endangered, some critically so. The primary direct causes are habitat destruction and fragmentation, and hunting. Their historical range, which once reached from Mesopotamia and the Caucasus through most of South and East Asia, has been radically reduced. While all surviving species are under formal protection, poaching, habitat destruction and inbreeding depression continue to be threats.

about car

An automobile or motor car is a wheeled motor vehicle for transporting passengers, which also carries its own engine or motor. Most definitions of the term specify that automobiles are designed to run primarily on roads, to have seating for one to eight people, to typically have four wheels, and to be constructed principally for the transport of people rather than goods. However, the term is far from precise because there are many types of vehicles that do similar tasks.Automobile comes via the French language, from the Greek language by combining auto [self] with mobilis [moving]; meaning a vehicle that moves itself, rather than being pulled or pushed by a separate animal or another vehicle. The alternative name car is believed to originate from the Latin word carrus or carrum [wheeled vehicle], or the Middle English word carre [cart] (from Old North French), and karros; a Gallic wagon.

Salam….today I want to share about a book that I have read recently. it was Nancy Drew 154 ‘The Legend Of The Emerald Lady’ by Carolyn Keene. It was about this detective named Nancy Drew who goes to Sugar Moon to visit her old friends. There she faced a mystery about the hiding place of a long-dead pirate’s precious gift – an emerald necklace. It was a nice book because it taught me to think creatively and critically in order to solve the mystery. Thank you.

Here are my reading about ‘YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT’. Here are some understanding about nutrients,
1) Antioxidants ; substances that protect against free radicals, the molecules that attack cells and damage DNA.
2) Essential Fatty Acids ; used to manufacture and repair cell membranes and to produce prostaglandins, which exert effects throughout the body. EFAs must be obtained from food sources, hence they are called ‘essential’.
3) Isoflavones ; found chiefly in soy foods, these compounds can alter the action of true oestrogens in the body.
4) Phytochemicals ; plant molecules that may prevent and/or suppress disease in the human body.
5) Phytonutrient ; biologically active substances, such as ascorbic acid and beta – carotene, the plant forms of vitamins C and A, that are need to sustain life.

I already read about ‘DARK CHOCOLATE’. I am the chocolate lover, so here are some information about chocolate ; chocolate contains some of the same disease-fighting antioxidants as red wine, fruit and vegetables. In fact, a 50g bar of the dark chocolate offers about the same amount of antioxidants protection as a 150 ml glass of Cabernet. Tests conducted in Japan on human blood samples found that some antioxidants extracted from chocolate suppressed cell-damaging chemicals and boosted immune function. More recently, the British Medical Journal reported that people who regularly eat chocolate live up to a year longer than those who avoid it altogether. The study, which examined health records of 7841 men, found that people who ate modest amounts of chocolate ars-from one to three a month – had a 36 per cent lower risk of death than those who abstained.

‘DRUGS THAT CAN DISTURB SLEEP’. Antidepressants; Prozac, Paxil and other serotonin – reuptake inhibitors sometimes disturb normal sleep patterns. Asthma Medications ; some inhaled and oral treatments, such as steroids and thephylline, can act as stimulants. Beta – blockers ; these can cause insomnia, nighttime awakenings, daytime sleepiness and vivid dreams. Decongestants ; two common ones, pseudoephedrine and phenylpropanolamine, can act as stimulants. Diuretics ; ‘water pills’ may disrupt sleep by prompting the need for the frequent urination. Painkillers ; aspirin, ibuprofen, and naproxen can decrease melatonin synthesis. Some aspirin – based nonprescription painkillers contain caffeine.

Now I want to share this article. How nutrition impacts energy level?

1) Meet your basic calorie needs.
= The estimated daily calorie needs for a person who weighs around 55 kg is about 2,100 calories to maintain his or her weight and have sufficient energy for carry out moderate activaties.

2) Get sufficient protein.
= Protein is necessary for our bodies to rebuild and repair damaged as well as aging body tissue. A person who weighs around 60 kg needs about 63 g of protein per day.

3) Drink loads of fluids.
= Around 8 glasses of water a day prevents dehydration which is another factor that causes our energy level to fall. Fatigue is a classic symptom of mild dehydration.

4) Get your fill of vitamins and minerals B-Complex Nutrients.
= The 'B' vitamins (also known as "vitamin B complexes") are required to convert fat, protein and carbohydrates to energy. With the exception of vitamin B12, the other B vitamins can only be stored in small amounts in the body and need to be replenished daily.

5) Iron.
= There are instances where constant fatigue and lethargy are signs of iron deficiency. Iron is needed for the formation of haemoglobin, the substance in the blood that carries oxygen to our tissues.

6) Vitamin C.
= Foods rich in vitamin C should be taken with main meals as it increases iron absorption.

7) Magnesium and Potassium.
= This mineral is required to break down glucose into energy in our bodies. When magnesium levels are low, our bodies produce more lactic acid which in turn induces fatigue. Potassium is also necessary to convert sugar in the blood into energy.

8) Multi-Vitamin Supplements
= Make sure that you are not suffering from any vitamin deficiencies by taking a stndard multi-vitamin supplement to fill in any nutritional gaps.

Hence, thats all for today. Thank you for reading all my bloging. Have a nice day. Peace.
