GLOBAL WARMING

Global warming is perhaps the most important environmental problem in the world today. Levels of greenhouse gases are increasing in the atmosphere due to human activities, and are changing the composition of the atmosphere and global warming. Climate scientists agree that human activities such as the burning of fossil fuels contribute to the problem. Here are some scary facts about global warming that maybe you did not know.

The climate temperature has risen about one degree Fahrenheit around the whole world. In the Northern Hemisphere the spring ice thaw happened 9 days sooner than it did over 150 years ago.

The freeze that happens in the fall begins 10 days later than it did. The decade of the 1990’s was the warmest decade since the 1800’s. The hottest years on record were 1997, 1998, 2001, 2002 and 2003. Over a very long period of time, in Greenland the hugest ice sheet if melted holds enough water to raise the sea level about 23 feet.
Some climate models say that global warming may cause more extreme weather, more intense hurricanes and storm surges that may threaten coastal areas. Heat waves, fires and droughts may become more common. By the year 2050 the rising temperatures the act of human belching which brings out carbon dioxide and other greenhouse effects could have more than a million of the Earth’s land dwelling plants and animals into extinction. My comment is, as huamn we have to do something about this because the earth destruction is caused by us and we need to take responsible on it before we are to late to do so.

I have read an article about death..Death is the termination of the biological functions that define living organisms. It refers both to a specific event and to a condition, the true nature of which it has for millennia been a central concern of the world's religious traditions and philosophers to penetrate; in particular, the possibility or otherwise of what is known as life after death.
Numerous factors can cause death: predation, disease, habitat destruction, senescence, suicide, conflict, malnutrition, or mere accidents resulting in terminal physical injury. The principal cause of death in people in developed countries is disease precipitated by aging. The chief concern of medical science has been to postpone and avert death. Precise medical definition of death, however, becomes more problematic, paradoxically, as scientific knowledge and technology advance. We do not have to scare of death because every living things will die someday.

ANCIENT EGYPT

The culture of Ancient Egypt lived along the Nile river in Egypt from before the 5th millennium BC until the 4th Century AD. Ancient Egyptian society was based on farming the fertile Nile valley which flooded every year, enriching the soil with nutrients. The government of ancient Egypt, headed by the Pharaoh, was responsible for organizing farming efforts and collecting taxes for the state, which protected the country's borders and built grand monuments to the gods. The ancient Egyptian civilization effectively ended after the Roman domination, but the pyramids and colossal statues they left behind stand as testimony to the power of the pharaohs.

READER'S DIGEST(December 2006)

Lost on buying laptop?
Here are some tips...
• Don't be seduced by super-fast processor speeds unless you're running graphics, intensive applications such as games or design programs.
• If you want to watch DVDs on the move, buy a laptop with an internal DVD drive. An external drive could be a nuisance if you travel a lot.
• Buy a spare or higher-capacity battery for when you're not near a plug socket.
• Be prepared to pay extra for software. Even the basic Microsoft Office is absent from many packages.
• Due to their rough life, laptops are more prone to failure, making it vital to back up data: a second, external hard drive makes this easier.
• Uploading digital pictures? You'll need a memory-card slot.
• Buy a decent and hardy laptop bag to protect your computer.

This is what i get from a news from http://www.simpleenglishnews.com/24755Driving.shtml

Americans are using their car less.

Americans are used to driving. They drive to work, school and to family events. However, the rising cost of gasoline has caused many ameriocans to reconsider their dependence on the automobile. With gasoline at US dollar 4, many people are leaving their cars at home and taking bus or riding their bicycles instead. Some Americans are planning to travel by train instead of driving on their summer holiday this year. And for those who continue to drive are looking for cars that burns less gasolines.

India readies 1st moon mission in Asian space race

India was set to launch its first lunar mission Wednesday, putting the country in an elite group of nations with the scientific know-how to reach the moon, while heating up a burgeoning Asian space race.

The Chandrayaan-1 will join Japanese and Chinese crafts in orbit around the moon for a two-year mission designed to map out the whole lunar surface. Chandrayaan means "Moon Craft" in ancient Sanskrit.

As India's economy has boomed in recent years it has sought to convert its new found wealth — built on its high-tech sector — into political and military clout and stake a claim as a world leader.

It is hoping that a moon mission — coming just months after it finalized a deal with the United States that recognizes India as a nuclear power — will further enhance that status.

For the forth article, I would like to talk about Earth. So, in an article that I have read, Earth is a tremendous planet with waters, ideal temperature, landscape shaped by severely erosion, rainfall and water – streams and now its environment is severely threaten with the rises of temperature, of course it causes catastrophes to the earth. The rises of temperature are mainly caused by the increasing of the percentage of carbon dioxide in the air and consequently causes the ice-melting of the poles that can speed up the rises of the sea level, lowering the sea temperature that maximize the heat – absorbance and causes the longer colder winter and higher temperature of summer.
In my opinion, these are need to be stop and the best ways can be carry out are by lowering the greenhouse gas, carbon dioxide by 70% at today’s rate or our next generation will pay the higher price for the way we live today. And also we need to start planting more plant from now on to increase the oxygen.

read about YING AND YANG
n Chinese philosophy, the concept of yin and yang (simplified Chinese traditional Chinese
yinyang is used to describe how seemingly opposing forces are bound together, intertwined, and interdependent in the natural world, giving rise to each other in turn. The concept lies at the heart of many branches of classical Chinese science and philosophy, as well as being a primary guideline of traditional Chinese medicine, and a central principle of several forms of martial arts and exercise, such as taijiquan, gung fu and qigong. Many natural dualities example dark and light, female and male, low and high - are cast in Chinese thought as yin and yang.

do you like babies?
guess so..but like is not much needed in order to own one hahahaha...
heres some tip for taking care of a new born babies i read on the internet..

Here are some baby care tips for first time parents

•A mother has to take adequate care of the baby in order to ensure its proper development.
•A new parent is anxious about arriving at the precise baby feeding plan and frequently tries to find a guide.
•Numerous new parents are not sure about the number of times they should be feeding their babies, and often they come across contradictory suggestion and information.
•It is important to remember that one should feed one’s baby every time he or she is hungry.
•Babies require regular feedings and the majority of guidelines recommend that a newborn requires food approximately every two to three hours initially during 24 hours a day.
It’s sensible to follow the suggestions of experts who insist that it is advisable to keep the baby in the mother’s room. The major problem with breastfeeding or bottle feeding ones baby may be the consequence that constant nursing has on the sleeping program of the mother. Night feeding can be less troublesome if the baby is kept in close proximity with the mother. This can be done by either positioning the crib next to the mother’s bed or shifting the baby into the bed of the mother. This will enable the mother to take proper care of the baby when she wakes up hungry and the mother can look after the baby without even having to be totally awake herself.

so? what do you think? easy isnt it?
yeah right...
thank you

i like flowers..i like it all..
orchids to be exact...
heres some of my reading about orchids.make use of it!!!

Orchidaceae (or Orchid family) is the largest family of the flowering plants (Angiospermae).[1][2] Its name is derived from the genus Orchis.

The Royal Botanical Gardens of Kew list 880 genera and nearly 22,000 accepted species, but the exact number is unknown (perhaps as many as 25,000)[3] because of taxonomic disputes. The number of orchid species equals about four times the number of mammal species, or more than twice the number of bird species. It also encompasses about 6–11% of all seed plants.[4] About 800 new orchid species are added each year. The largest genera are Bulbophyllum (2,000 species), Epidendrum (1,500 species), Dendrobium (1,400 species) and Pleurothallis (1,000 species). The family also includes the Vanilla (the genus of the vanilla plant), Orchis (type genus) and many commonly cultivated plants like some Phalaenopsis or Cattleya.

Moreover, since the introduction of tropical species in the 19th century, horticulturists have more than 100,000 hybrids and cultivars

are you cute?
come and know what does cute means!!
WARNING!!(this is a copy and paste work heheheh)

Cuteness is a kind of attractiveness commonly associated with youth and appearance, as well as a scientific concept and analytical model in ethology, first introduced by Konrad Lorenz. It is usually characterized by (though not limited to) some combination of infant-like physical traits, especially small body size with a disproportionately large head, large eyes, a small nose, dimples, and round and softer body features. Infantile personality traits, such as playfulness, fragility, helplessness, curiosity, innocence, affectionate behavior and a need to be nurtured are also generally considered cute. Konrad Lorenz argued in 1949 that infantile features triggered nurturing responses in adults and that this was an evolutionary adaptation which helped ensure that adults cared for their children, ultimately securing the survival of the species. As evidence, Lorenz noted that humans react more positively to animals that resemble infants—with big eyes, big heads, shortened noses, etc.—than to animals that do not.

That is, humans prefer animals which exhibit pedomorphosis. Pedomorphosis is the retention of child-like characteristics—such as big heads or large eyes—into adulthood. Thus, pedomorphosis and cuteness may explain the popularity of Giant Pandas and Koalas. The widely perceived cuteness of domesticated animals, such as dogs and cats, may be due to the fact that humans selectively breed their pets for infant-like characteristics, including non-aggressive behavior and child-like appearance.

Some later scientific studies have provided further evidence for Lorenz's theory. For example, it has been shown that human adults react positively to infants who are stereotypically cute. Studies have also shown that responses to cuteness—and to facial attractiveness generally—seem to be similar across and within cultures.[1]

Additionally, the phenomenon is not restricted to humans. The young of many mammal and bird species share a similar set of typical physical proportions, beyond absolute body size, that distinguish them from adults of their own species. "Cute" features were also described in the recent finding of a baby Triceratops skull, suggesting that cuteness is an ancient and useful survival technique.

It is because my mother has playing yoga to keep fit and the size of my mother is smaller than me. After playing the yoga, my mother can feel that she is healthy than before. Besides that, the article also mention that psychologically healthy. In my point of views, psychologically healthy is important. We must have a happy mood. At that time, I have not very understood and feel that it was not very important for a company. After taking this subject, I can be more understood about it and feel that it is very important to take reasonable care for safety and health employees. do you know RITCHIE VALENS?
heres a brief about ritchie.

American singer, songwriter and guitarist.

A rock and roll pioneer and a forefather of the Chicano rock movement, Valens' recording career lasted only eight months. During this time, however, he scored several hits, most notably "La Bamba", which was originally a Mexican folk song that Valens transformed with a rock rhythm and beat that became a hit in 1958,making Valens a pioneer of the Spanish-speaking rock and roll movement.

On February 3, 1959, on what has become known as The Day the Music Died, Valens was killed in a small-plane crash in Iowa, a tragedy that also claimed the lives of fellow musicians Buddy Holly and J.P. "The Big Bopper" Richardson.

ritchie can called a hero in his world of music. He has a guitar and only knows a few chords, his singing were based all from those codes. He never write his own song. All the song he sang were just be there. It just come and go.Thats the biggest talent a man would ever had.In the age of 18, his song had been a hit and concert demand were very high.
one of my favourite was donna and malaguena. But malaguena was never been recorded succesfully,so if you hear it anywhere either its just a copy play or the editting process of the song made by Ritchie's manager.
Ritchie comes from a broken family and were raised under clouds of poverty.Still he had succesfully fulfil his dream. He is a legend that was the first to bring la bamba a folk singing to united states.

so,why not take one thing or two from his great achievement as an example..lalala

Antarctic "Telescopes" Look for Cosmic Rays

Associate professor of physics, Greg Sullivan leads the university's participation in IceCube, a neutrino "telescope" made of a cubic kilometer of clear Antarctic ice embedded with optical sensors that will look up through the Earth to detect cosmic neutrinos coming from beyond our galaxy. Cosmic neutrinos are extremely high energy subatomic particles, like protons and electrons, but neutrinos have no electrical charge. Neutrinos are produced by the decay of radioactive elements and elementary particles The NSF-supported IceCube collaboration will search for neutrinos from the most violent and powerful cosmic sources: exploding stars (hypernova) thought to produce intense bursts of gamma rays and giant black holes (Active Galactic Nuclei) that are found at the center of galaxies.

IceCube will begin providing significant data in 2006 and be completed in 2010. This research project will be a powerful tool in the search for answers to unsolved questions in physics and cosmology, such as the origin of cosmic rays and the nature of dark matter. In addition to Sullivan, the Maryland team includes assistant professor Kara Hoffman and professor and department chair Jordan Goodman

have u ever heard of cyclone?
In meteorology, a cyclone refers to an area of closed, circular fluid motion rotating in the same direction as the Earth. This is usually characterized by inward spiraling winds that rotate counter clockwise in the Northern Hemisphere and clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere of the Earth.

Large-scale cyclonic circulations are almost always centered on areas of low atmospheric pressure. The largest low-pressure systems are cold-core polar cyclones and extratropical cyclones which lie on the synoptic scale. Warm-core cyclones such as tropical cyclones, mesocyclones, and polar lows lie within the smaller mesoscale. Subtropical cyclones are of intermediate size.Cyclones have also been seen on other planets outside of the Earth, such as Mars and Neptune.

Cyclogenesis describes the process of cyclone formation and intensification. Extratropical cyclones form as waves in large regions of enhanced midlatitude temperature contrasts called baroclinic zones. These zones contract to form weather fronts as the cyclonic circulation closes and intensifies. Later in their life cycle, cyclones occlude as cold core systems. A cyclone's track is guided over the course of its 2 to 6 day life cycle by the steering flow of the polar or subtropical jetstream.

Weather fronts separate two masses of air of different densities and are associated with the most prominent meteorological phenomena. Air masses separated by a front may differ in temperature or humidity. Strong cold fronts typically feature narrow bands of thunderstorms and severe weather, and may on occasion be preceded by squall lines or dry lines. They form west of the circulation center and generally move from west to east. Warm fronts form east of the cyclone center and are usually preceded by stratiform precipitation and fog. They move poleward ahead of the cyclone path. Occluded fronts form late in the cyclone life cycle near the enter of the cyclone and often wrap around the storm center.

Tropical cyclogenesis describes the process of development of tropical cyclones. Tropical cyclones form due to latent heat driven by significant thunderstorm activity, and are warm core.Cyclones can transition between extratropical, subtropical, and tropical phases under the right conditions. Mesocyclones form as warm core cyclones over land, and can lead to tornado formation.Waterspouts can also form from mesocyclones, but more often develop from environments of high instability and low vertical wind shear.

tinggi tinggi gunung kinabalu,

the singer try to interpret his love with the combination of the height of mountain kinabalu...
lalalalalalala
have you ever been or to be exact, climb mount kinabalu?
as a sabahan, im kind embarassed myself because i never climb it either..huhu
but heres some information about mount kinabalu you might want to know...

Mount Kinabalu is the highest mountain in south-east asia and offers a unique climb from tropical luxuriance through montane oak forest to the rocky sub-alpine summit plateau. The climb starts from Mount Kinabalu Park Headquarters, only a couple of hours drive but already more than 1500m above Kota Kinabalu on the coast. Here is ample accomodation from dormitories to comfortable two person cottages. The climb is usually done in two days from here. The use of an authorised guide is compulsory while a porter is an optional luxury.

Many of the trees and flowers are unique or extremely rare but to the uninitiated novice in matters botanical there is no doubt that the pitcher plants steal the show. Even the most casual observer cannot fail to notice these impressive insect guzzling monsters with up to a pint of liquid waiting to lure and drown the passing fly or mosquito.

Just above the tree line at 3350m is a comfortable rest house where most parties spend the night. My sunset picture is taken just outside this mountain hut.

Before dawn next morning everybody is up and climbing by torchlight towards the summit. A steep rock step is aided by a fixed rope which, when we were there, continued all the way to the summit even where the way became quite flat. Many people have been lost on the mountain in the past, some never to be seen again. The rope and the compulsory guide make this now extremely unlikely even in the thickest mist. Nevertheless the early start is a good idea to enjoy the views before the regular mist descends on the summit. This is something which I can only speak of by hearsay as we enjoyed a rare occasion when the mountain remained clear all day.
It is not a good idea to climb too quickly as the wait for sunrise at the summit is exceedingly cold. The picture shows the rising sun illuminating the mountain's third summit, Victoria Peak. The arrival of daylight reveals the remarkable summit plateau of the mountain, a vast expanse of smooth rock with a weird assortment of rocky pinnacles rising from it, like the udder of an inverted cow as I have heard it sacreligiously described. By good fortune for the peak bagger the highest pinnacle, Lows Peak, is also one of the easiest. On the way down you can take a glimpse into the dizzy gash of Lows Gully which splits the eastern side of the mountain. With the early start the descent to Park Headquarters is easily done in one day, now with the glow of satisfaction of having climbed one of the world's most spectacular and interesting mountains.

thank you

i always wanted to go to langkawi, but that stingy zulhelmi wont take me there...how sad..
but i manage to find out something about it,instead of going i might as well fill my ease with reading it.
this is what i want to share.

Langkawi island is an archipelago of 104 islands lying in the north western coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The exact location of these tropical islands is at the site where the Straits of Malacca meets the waters of the Andaman Seas.

The largest of these islands is called Langkawi Island and is bigger than the Penang Island. The other islands in this group are Island of Pregnant Maiden (Pulau Dayang Bunting), Lion Island (Pulau Singa Besar) and Beras Basah Island. The smallest of these islands are atolls roughly the size of an ordinary house!

Langkawi is coined from the Malay words Lang and Kawi. Lang is a brown eagle and Kawi is a local manganese stone. The ancient fishermen must have seen eagles flying clutching the manganese stones! A giant monument of a brown eagle clutching the manganese stone greets all visitors to Langkawi near the Kuah Jetty.

The main tourist attractions of Langkawi Island is its virgin white sandy beaches. The beaches have very gentle continental slope and the water is crystal clear.

This island is unique in the sense that it has so many legendsand myths associated with it.Langkawi Island is therefore also called Pulau Lagenda or Legendary Island.

The most talked about legend is that of Mahsuri who is said to have laid a curse on this island for seven generations.Luckily the period of this curse is over now and Langkawi Island is fast becoming an internationally recognised tourist destination.

The government of Malaysia has declared the entire Langkawi Island as a duty free zone. Hence this island is also termed Duty Free Island. All goods sold in this island are exempted from government tax. Therefore this Legendary Island is a haven for the shoppers. You only need to stay in Langkawi for a minimum of 48 hours to take back home a reasonable amount of tax free goods.

theres so many great places here in malaysia.so why go elsewhere?

ill release it by killing something hahahahahahahaha...
its time for DOTA(defense of the ancients)
well its just a game for fun.
it`ll have you to manage your hero to conquer others..

Defense of the Ancients (often referred to as DotA) is a custom scenario for Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne, based on the "Aeon of Strife" map for StarCraft. The objective of the scenario is to destroy the opponents' "Ancient". The two teams' ancients are heavily guarded structures at opposing corners of the map. Players use powerful units known as heroes, and are assisted by allied heroes and AI-controlled fighters called "creeps". As in role-playing games, players level up their hero and use gold to buy equipment during the mission.

The scenario was developed with the "World Editor" of Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, and was updated upon the release of the Warcraft expansion The Frozen Throne. There have been many variations of the original concept; currently, the most popular is DotA Allstars, which has been maintained by several authors during development.

Since its release, Allstars has become a feature at several worldwide tournaments, including Blizzard Entertainment's BlizzCon and the Asian World Cyber Games, as well as the Cyberathlete Amateur and CyberEvolution leagues; Gamasutra declared that DotA was perhaps the most popular "free, non-supported game mod in the world". The map has gone on to influence other maps and games, including the upcoming strategy game Demigod.

have you ever heard about atlantis?
lets read it together, i just got this from a friend of mine.

Atlantis (in Greek, Ἀτλαντὶς, "daughter of Atlas") is a legendary island first mentioned in Plato's dialogues Timaeus and Critias.

In Plato's account Atlantis was a naval power lying "beyond the Pillars of Hercules" that conquered many parts of Western Europe and Africa 9,000 years before the time of Solon, or approximately 9600 BC. After a failed attempt to invade Athens, Atlantis sank into the ocean "in a single day and night of misfortune".

As a story embedded in Plato's dialogues, Atlantis is generally seen as a myth created by Plato to illustrate his political theories[citation needed]. Although the function of the story of Atlantis seems clear to most scholars, they dispute whether and how much Plato's account was inspired by older traditions. Some scholars argue Plato drew upon memories of past events such as the Thera eruption or the Trojan War, while others insist that he took inspiration from contemporary events like the destruction of Helike in 373 BC or the failed Athenian invasion of Sicily in 415–413 BC.

The possible existence of a genuine Atlantis was actively discussed throughout classical antiquity, but it was usually rejected and occasionally parodied by later authors. While little known during the Middle Ages, the story of Atlantis was rediscovered by Humanists in the Modern period. Plato's description inspired the utopian works of several Renaissance writers, like Francis Bacon's "New Atlantis". Atlantis inspires today's literature, from science fiction to comic books to films, its name having become a byword for any and all supposed advanced prehistoric lost civilizations.

wow..
something like this ever exist in our world..just imagine...

do you know titanic?well...
i dont know either, so lets read it together..hehehe... its kind a bored doing reading all by yourself sometimes..

RMS Titanic was an Olympic-class passenger liner owned by the White Star Line and built at the Harland and Wolff shipyard in Belfast, United Kingdom. On the night of 14 April 1912, during her maiden voyage, Titanic hit an iceberg, and sank two hours and forty minutes later, early on 15 April 1912. At the time of her launching in 1912, she was the largest passenger steamship in the world.

The sinking resulted in the deaths of 1,517 people, ranking it as one of the deadliest peacetime maritime disasters in history. The Titanic used some of the most advanced technology available at the time and was, prior to the sinking, popularly believed to be “unsinkable”.It was a great shock to many that despite the advanced technology and experienced crew, the Titanic sank with a great loss of life. The media frenzy about Titanic's famous victims, the legends about what happened on board the ship, the resulting changes to maritime law, and the discovery of the wreck in 1985 by a team led by Robert Ballard have made Titanic persistently famous in the years since.

but theres also saying that the titanic was cursed by the mummy they carried which made it sinks..but lets just leave that to the one who knows better, until then..

want to do some crime?
how about doing it with a high standard of crime..
nah!!! just kidding.crime wont pay..
white collar crime is what they call for a high standard crime doing.

Within the field of criminology, white-collar crime or 'incorporated governance' has been defined by Edwin Sutherland as "a crime committed by a person of respectability and high social status in the course of his occupation" (1949). Sutherland was a proponent of Symbolic Interactionism, and believed that criminal behaviour was learned from interpersonal interaction with others. White-collar crime therefore overlaps with corporate crime because the opportunity for fraud, bribery, insider trading, embezzlement, computer crime, and forgery is more available to white-collar employees.
but...
never consider doing any crime..

SHAKESPEARE...I'm sure every of you know him.A VERY FAMOUS POETRY AND WRITER..He;s like a legend to the world. But i' not going to tell about him but about one of his poem...

Suspicious always haunts the guilty mind.
The love of heaven makes one heavenly.
Say as you think and speak it from your souls.
A friend is one that knows you as you are, understands where you have been, accepts what you have become and still gently allows you to grow.
What's done can't be undone.
The course of true love never did run smooth.
There is nothing either good or bad,but thinking makes it so.
To be, or not to be: that is the question.
But love is blind and lovers cannot see.
Our doubts are traitors and make us lose the good we oft might win, by fearing to attempt.

marie curie is the name!
Marie SkÅ‚odowska–Curie (7 November 1867 – 4 July 1934) was a physicist and chemist of Polish upbringing and, subsequently, French citizenship. She was a pioneer in the field of radioactivity, the only person honored with Nobel Prizes in two different sciences, and the first female professor at the University of Paris.

She was born Maria Skłodowska in Warsaw, Vistula Country, Russian Empire, and lived there until she was 24. In 1891 she followed her elder sister Bronisława to study in Paris, where she obtained her higher degrees and conducted her subsequent scientific work. She founded the Curie Institutes in Paris and Warsaw. Her husband Pierre Curie was also a Nobel laureate, as were her daughter Irène Joliot-Curie and son-in-law Frédéric Joliot-Curie.

Her achievements include the creation of a theory of radioactivity (a term coined by her and Pierre), techniques for isolating radioactive isotopes, and the discovery of two new elements, radium and polonium. It was also under her personal direction that the world's first studies were conducted into the treatment of neoplasms ("cancers"), using radioactive isotopes.

While an actively loyal French citizen, she never lost her sense of Polish identity. She named the first new chemical element that she discovered (1898) "polonium" for her native country, and in 1932 she founded a Radium Institute (now the Maria SkÅ‚odowska–Curie Institute of Oncology) in her home town Warsaw, headed by her physician-sister BronisÅ‚awa.

what causes of asthma?
asthma is causes by inflammation in the airways. when an asthma attack occurs, the muscles surrounding the airways become tight and the lining of the air passages swell. this reduces the amount of air that can pass by and can lead to wheezing sounds.most people with asthma have wheezing attacks separated by symptom-free periods.asthma attacks can last minutes to days and can become dangerous if the airflow becomes severely restricted. now many people have the asthma.

2) Specific phobia-fear towards something like spider, water or elevator
3) Agoraphobia-fear to leave a comfortable situation

This is juz the class but for each class there are a lot of phobia types but no need to mention it. It's too much!!!

one of my hobby is finding a song lyric so today i want to share one of my favourite song with u that i take from www.e-lyric.co a song by carrie underwood entitled so small..
read, listen and understand the song will make u love it.

So Small lyrics

Yeah, Yeah
[Verse 1]
What you got if you ain't got love
the kind that you just want to give away
It's okay to open up
go ahead and let the light shine through
I know it's hard on a rainy day
you want to shut the world out and just be left alone
But don't run out on your faith

[Chorus]
'Cause sometimes that mountain you've been climbing is just a grain of sand
What you've been up there searching for
forever is in your hands
When you figure out love is all that matters after all
It sure makes everything else
seem so small
[Verse 2]
It's so easy to get lost inside
a problem that seems so big at the time
it's like a river thats so wide
it swallows you whole
While you sit around thinking about what you can't change
and worrying about all the wrong things
time's flying by
moving so fast
you better make it count 'cause you can't get it back

[Chorus]
Sometimes that mountain you've been climbing is just a grain of sand
What you've been up there searching for
forever is in your hands
When you figure out love is all that matters after all
It sure makes everything else
Seem so small

Sometimes that mountain you've been climbing is just a grain of sand
What you've been up there searching for
forever is in your hands
When you figure out love is all that matters after all
It sure makes everything else
Oh it sure makes everything else
Seem so small
Yeah, Yeah

What Hurts The Most lyrics

I can take the rain on the roof of this empty house
That don’t bother me
I can take a few tears now and then and just let them out
I’m not afraid to cry every once in a while
Even though going on with you gone still upsets me
There are days every now and again I pretend I’m ok
But that’s not what gets me

What hurts the most
Was being so close
And having so much to say
And watching you walk away
And never knowing
What could have been
And not seeing that loving you
Is what I was tryin’ to do
It’s hard to deal with the pain of losing you everywhere I go
But I’m doin’ It
It’s hard to force that smile when I see our old friends and I’m alone
Still Harder
Getting up, getting dressed, livin’ with this regret
But I know if I could do it over
I would trade give away all the words that I saved in my heart
That I left unspoken

What hurts the most
Is being so close
And having so much to say
And watching you walk away
And never knowing
What could have been
And not seeing that loving you
Is what I was trying to do
What hurts the most
Is being so close
And having so much to say
And watching you walk away
And never knowing
What could have been
And not seeing that loving you
Is what I was trying to do

Not seeing that loving you
That’s what I was trying to do..

try to find sometime to listen to this song...
you can fell much better after listen to it if you have any problem or tension...

The durian is the fruit of trees from the genus Durio belonging to the Malvaceae, a large family which includes hibiscus, okra, cotton, mallows, and linden trees. Widely known and revered in Southeast Asia as the "King of Fruits", the fruit is distinctive for its large size, unique odour, and formidable thorn-covered husk. The fruit can grow up to 30 centimetres (12 in) long and 15 centimetres (6 in) in diameter, and typically weighs one to four kilograms (2 to 7 lb). Its shape ranges from oblong to round, the colour of its husk green to brown, and its flesh pale-yellow to red, depending on the species.

The edible flesh emits a distinctive odour, strong and penetrating even when the husk is intact. Regarded by some as fragrant, others as overpowering and offensive, the smell evokes reactions from deep appreciation to intense disgust.

A butterfly is an insect of the order Lepidoptera. Like all Lepidoptera, butterflies are notable for their unusual life cycle with a larval caterpillar stage, an inactive pupal stage, and a spectacular metamorphosis into a familiar and colourful winged adult form. Most species are day-flying so they regularly attract attention. The diverse patterns formed by their brightly coloured wings and their erratic yet graceful flight have made butterfly watching a fairly popular hobby.

i want to share with you my friend`s hobby. He likes to collect classic cars. One of his favourite is the mini cooper. The Mini is a small car that was produced by the British Motor Corporation (BMC) and its successors from 1959 until 2000. The original is considered an icon of the 1960s,and its space-saving front-wheel-drive layout (that allowed 80% of the area of the car's floorpan to be used for passengers and luggage) influenced a generation of car-makers.The vehicle is in some ways considered the British equivalent to its German contemporary, the Volkswagen Beetle, which enjoyed similar popularity in North America.

This distinctive two-door car was designed for BMC by Sir Alec Issigonis. It was manufactured at the Longbridge and Cowley plants in the United Kingdom, the Victoria Park / Zetland British Motor Corporation (Australia) factory in Sydney, Australia, and later also in Spain (Authi), Belgium, Chile, Italy, Portugal, South Africa, Uruguay, Venezuela and Yugoslavia. The Mini Mark I had three major UK updates: the Mark II, the Clubman and the Mark III. Within these was a series of variations including an estate car, a pickup truck, a van and the Mini Moke — a jeep-like buggy. The Mini Cooper and Cooper "S" were sportier versions that were successful as rally cars, winning the Monte Carlo Rally three times.

Minis were marketed under the Austin and Morris names until Mini became a marque in its own right in 1969

Legendary gaint white crocodile, nicknamed "Bujang Senang", that is said to have terrorised the Batang Lupar River which located at Sri Aman in Sarawak. Said to be more than 20 feet in length. A man claimed to have shot and killed Bujang Senang back in 1992 but others remarked that it was the wrong croc. The Malaysian-Borneo legend has been around for more than 50 years with the most tales having been heard from someone's great-grandfather or grand-uncle.

Bujang Senang or "Leisurely Bachelor" was the name for a huge crocodile that grew to 19 feet and 4 inches. The crocodiles is notorious as a man-eating "monster". It had well-formed and worn canines on its huge jaws. Bujang Senang was well known back in 1993 when it went on its killing rampage around Sri Aman area. The Batang Lupar River, which flows through Sri Aman, still conjures up fearsome images, as it was home to this legendary killer. It was struck down by a shotgun shell in Sg. Pelaban in Lingga Batang Lupar at Sri Aman.

everyday i went to convenient water shop to refill my mineral water supply.Just as i was reading this, then i know that the water is just from pipeline that has been treated with the reverse osmosis process.

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a separation process that uses pressure to force a solution through a membrane that retains the solute on one side and allows the pure solvent to pass to the other side. More formally, it is the process of forcing a solvent from a region of high solute concentration through a membrane to a region of low solute concentration by applying a pressure in excess of the osmotic pressure. This is the reverse of the normal osmosis process, which is the natural movement of solvent from an area of low solute concentration, through a membrane, to an area of high solute concentration when no external pressure is applied. The membrane here is semipermeable, meaning it allows the passage of solvent but not of solute.

The membranes used for reverse osmosis have a dense barrier layer in the polymer matrix where most separation occurs. In most cases the membrane is designed to allow only water to pass through this dense layer while preventing the passage of solutes (such as salt ions). This process requires that a high pressure be exerted on the high concentration side of the membrane, usually 2–17 bar (30–250 psi) for fresh and brackish water, and 40–70 bar (600–1000 psi) for seawater, which has around 24 bar (350 psi) natural osmotic pressure which must be overcome.

This process is best known for its use in desalination (removing the salt from sea water to get fresh water), but it has also been used to purify fresh water for medical, industrial and domestic applications since the early 1970s.

When two solutions with different concentrations of a solute are mixed, the total amount of solutes in the two solutions will be equally distributed in the total amount of solvent from the two solutions.

Instead of mixing the two solutions together, they can be put in two compartments where they are separated from each other by a semipermeable membrane. The semipermeable membrane does not allow the solutes to move from one compartment to the other, but allows the solvent to move. Since equilibrium cannot be achieved by the movement of solutes from the compartment with high solute concentration to the one with low solute concentration, it is instead achieved by the movement of the solvent from areas of low solute concentration to areas of high solute concentration. When the solvent moves away from low concentration areas, it causes these areas to become more concentrated. On the other side, when the solvent moves into areas of high concentration, solute concentration will decrease. This process is termed osmosis. The tendency for solvent to flow through the membrane can be expressed as "osmotic pressure", since it is analogous to flow caused by a pressure differential.

In reverse osmosis, in a similar setup as that in osmosis, pressure is applied to the compartment with high concentration. In this case, there are two forces influencing the movement of water: the pressure caused by the difference in solute concentration between the two compartments (the osmotic pressure) and the externally applied pressure.

well thats for sure will make a good use of our own water source right?
thank you

when you ride a bicycle, you must have balance.in life, everything must be in balance.Even Allah made everything in this world in pair.If theres good than theres evil, when theres man there will be woman.so in our life balancing our lifestyle is essential.this task often cant be achieved by some people.but theres also an explanation for that.

when you have done with your balancing, then of course you want to make your bicycle move right, what do you do?
you cycle. If you want to go further then you cycle your bicycle.what can be say here that you will not get anything if you dont do anything.

in order to achieve something, you must give an effort to it.gaining such an achievement is as sweet as nothing can compare.

Milk is an opaque white liquid produced by the mammary glands of female mammals (including monotremes). It provides the primary source of nutrition for newborn mammals before they are able to digest other types of food. The early lactation milk is known as colostrum, and carries the mother's antibodies to the baby. It can reduce the risk of many diseases in the baby. The exact components of raw milk varies by species, but it contains significant amounts of saturated fat, protein and calcium as well as vitamin C. Cow's milk has a pH ranging from 6.4 to 6.8, making it slightly acidic.

musics are good for us..
Research completed at the University of Munster in Germany discovered enlarged portions of the brain in children who took music lessons. An area used to analyze the pitch of a musical note was found to be 25% larger in those who participate in playing music regularly than in those who have never played an instrument.

A research team exploring the link between playing music and intelligence reported that music training (specifically piano instruction) is far superior to computer instruction in dramatically enhancing children's abstract reasoning skills-mental tools necessary for learning subjects like math and science, or for playing chess and mastering concepts of engineering. Thirty-four percent of the children performed higher on tests measuring these criteria after only six months of piano lessons

A research team studying first graders from two Rhode Island elementary schools found that students who participated in a regular and structured music learning program exhibited dramatic increases in reading and math.

Students with course-work/experience in music performance scored an average of 52 points higher on the verbal portion of the SAT and 36 points higher on the math portion of the SAT than students with no course-work or experience in the arts.

Proton woes
Did you know that,
Mahathir himself has said things to undermine Proton – "Proton is doomed," said Mahathir. Sure, Mahathir is only critical of the current Proton – i.e. Proton without his favourite boy, Mahaleel – but, he fails to see that it's Proton nonetheless.

The Malaysian public had also begun to indirectly undermine Proton by not buying the company's outdated cars since last year. Let's face it. Who really wants to buy the Iswara anymore – a car based primarily on a 30-year old Mitsubishi design? Do you really want to buy a car that first came out almost a dozen years ago called the Wira? No way!

DO CREDIT CRUNCH IS A GOOD THING?

I wouldnt exactly say I was loving it, but , like millions of others, I certainly saw it coming years ago.
But why didnt Tony Blair or Gordon Brown or any of those highly-paid economic advisors see it coming?
Collapse was obvious. Over-pricing was in orbit.
The Bank of England? Bank directors? Wall St? All blind?
The most dangerous thing in the world to all our futures.....
Terrorists?
War?
Epidemic?
No, its THE PRICE OF HOUSES.

Provocations: God, Genes and Belief - While a 'God Gene' is an interesting adjunct to the question of whether a 'God' causes one to spirituality and by this spirituality one lives a longer life. Perhaps it is simply that those who choose to attend formal spiritual structures, Temples, Churches,Synagogues etc. may be behaving better. In other words, perhaps they do not drink or drink less because of their teaching, smoke not at all or smoke less. They may lead lives of moderation because of their beliefs and thus live longer. Lacking other empirical evidence that some other scientist has found similar results and a similar gene, LaBossiere has given us a quaint cocktail topic.

HELLO FRIENDS..
I just want to ask DO YOU BELIEVE IN GHOST? DO ghost really exist??

A ghost is said to be the apparition of a deceased person, frequently similar in appearance to that person, and usually encountered in places she or he frequented, the place of his or her death, or in association with the person's former belongings. The word "ghost" may also refer to the spirit or soul of a deceased person, or to any spirit or demon. A place in which ghosts are supposed to appear is described as haunted. A related phenomenon is the poltergeist, literally a 'noisy spirit' that manifests itself by moving and influencing objects, though a widespread view today is that these occurences are either fraudulent or manifestations of the psychic energy of, particularly, adolescent girls. Phantom armies, animals, trains and ships have also been reported.

For me, i belive in ghost and spirit because I have an experience and i think that they also exist but in different dimension of human's world.

THE ROAD NOT TAKEN
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim
Because it was grassy and wanted wear,
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I marked the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Robert Frost

COMMENT: the poem is very inspiring... through our journey we need to choose the path we want to go through. most of the time we choose the easiest path because we are afraid of taking risks.. but life is about taking risks... that's why we have to choose the trail where we will be most fulfilled even though it may be hard for us...

EXTINCTION
Extinction is irreversible and occurs when a species or other group of organisms has no living representatives in the wild. Extinction may occur on a local or global level. We are living in a time when large numbers of wild animals and plants are facing the threat of extinction, and will go extinct if these threats are not removed.

We know from the fossil record that more than 90 percent of all of the species that have ever lived are now extinct. These extinctions have occurred through natural processes such as competition between species, changing environments and climates and natural disasters. The extinction of the dinosaurs 65 million years ago is even believed to be the result of a large asteroid hitting the earth and creating huge clouds of dust that blocked sunlight from reaching much of the earth. This in turn killed off the plants and caused a drop in temperature and changed climate patterns around the world.

Today most of the plants and animals at risk of extinction are threatened by human activities: habitat clearing, the introduction of species from other countries, pollution, population growth (too many people) and over-consumption of natural resources.

As we know, human should be responsible of what we have done to this earth. The damage of the earth is because of our activity that never care about the conservation of the earth.

ICE CREAM
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ice_cream

This article tells us all about ice cream. Ice cream or ice-cream (originally iced cream) is a frozen dessert made from dairy products, such as milk and cream, combined with flavorings and sweeteners, such as sugar, and possible other ingredients. This mixture is stirred slowly while cooling to prevent large ice crystals from forming; the result is a smoothly textured ice cream. In the United States, ice cream made with just cream, sugar, and a flavoring (usually fruit) is sometimes referred to as "Philadelphia style" ice cream. Ice creams made with eggs, usually in the form of custards, are "French" ice creams.

I enjoyed reading this article since I enjoy eating ice cream too. By reading this article, I get to know how ice creams are made, ice creams' history and how it is eaten in different places.
Basically, I know more about what I am eating.

And for all those ice cream lovers out there, enjoy eating ice cream but in adequate amount.
Thank you

Here some tips for my friends that dreams want to be a singer. You love singing, right? You want to be a star or at least perform at your best? I am constantly amazed at how badly many singers treat their voices. If you are serious about being a great singer, you should be concerned with your vocal health 7 days a week / 24 hours a day.

This is some rules to sing by properly:

1st-Sleep: Make sure you get your 8 hours of sleep a day. However, you should rise 2 to 3 hours before vocalizing.

2nd-Warm up: Always warm up the voice before performing and vocalize daily.

3rd-Don’t Smoke: Cigarettes, cigars, pipes and marijuana are terrible for your voice. Smoking hurts vocal fold tissues and limits a person's ability to breathe deeply to provide good support for speaking and singing.

So, if you interested to be a great singer make sure that you follow the tips that i gave..

"The Secret Goldmine In Public Speaking"

Market your products and services to your hot list. What happens most often in a person's motivational speaking career is that they will market their materials only at the conference. You basically give yourself one chance to make a sale. Then you rely on the fact that you gave out your web address for any future sales and hope and pray that somehow, your customer will make it over to your website. No! Send out flyers or informational and inspirational newsletters to keep your products fresh on your customer's minds and watch your sales increase.

Do you know is "Talent Development"???
Talent Development: What it means for Academee clients
Managing talent is one of the greatest challenges in organisational life today. It's always fascinating to learn how different organisations are facing up to this challenge. Because this is such a pertinent issue for Academee clients, we decided to invite a group of them to a seminar and networking event where we could share best practice and learn from each other.

We learned a lot. We asked what ‘talent' really means. We looked at its strategic importance. We discovered that sometimes it's best if you don't use the word 'talent' at all...
