Today I have read about diamond. The name diamond is derives from a word adamas (ancient Greek). Diamond is the hardest material that occurs naturally. It has hardness 10 (hardest) on Mohs scale of mineral hardness and it has absolute hardness between 167 and 231 gig Pascal in any test. Diamond is an ideal material for cutting and grinding tool. The most common colour of coloured diamond is blue, green, black, translucent white, pink, violet, orange, purple and red, though yellow and brown. Actually, a diamond is occurs as colourless or occur in any hue including the non-spectral hues of gray, brown and black but the coloured of diamond is effect by atom or gamma radiation. They are commonly judged by the carat, clarity, color, and cut (four Cs). Source: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diamond

How deep do you know about acne?
Today, I have read an article about acne from the web www.acne.com. The article is explained about causes and effect of acne, types of acne, prevention and also treatment but I am quite interested to share the information about acne classification and its prevention. There are two types of acne, one of them is non-inflammatory acne which included close comedo (whitehead) and open comedo (blackhead). Another type of acne is inflammatory acne that includes papule, pustule, nodule or cyst and acne conglobata. Nodule is acne that lodged deep into the skin and it leaves a deep scars. It is painful and commonly occur in a large size while acne conglobata is rarely occur but it can be severe bacterial infection. There are some tips to prevent acne. The first step is don’t over-washed your face because it can cause dry skin and stimulate extra oil production. Secondly, skip harsh scrub and avoid products with almond or apricot shell fragments. Thirdly, say no to alcohol since it can strips the top layer of your skin and cause your sebaceous glands to produce more oil. Fourthly, don’t squeeze or pick because it can cause permanent scar. Fifthly, hands off because it can drive bacteria into your pores. Sixthly, shower off immediately after exercising and lastly, find a regimen and stick with it. SO, YOU CAN HAVE A TRY!!!

toay i read about ramadhan...
ramadhan is a Muslim religious observance that takes place during the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, believed to be the month in which the Qur'an was revealed to Angel Gabriel, who later revealed it to the Prophet Muhammad. It is the Islamic month of fasting (sawm), in which participating Muslims do not eat or drink anything from dawn until sunset. Fasting is meant to teach the person patience, sacrifice and humility. Ramadan is a time to fast for the sake of God, and to offer even more prayer than usual. In Ramadan Muslims ask forgiveness for past sins, pray for guidance into the future, ask for help in refrain from everyday evils and try to purify themselves through self-restraint and good deeds.

(1) Practices during Ramadan
1. Fasting
2. Prayer and reading of the Qur'an

Sunni Muslims tend to perform the recitation of the entire Qur'an by means of special prayers, called Tarawih, which are held in the mosques every night of the month, during which a whole section of the Qur'an (juz, which is 1/30 of the Qur'an) is recited. Therefore the entire Quran would be completed at the end of the month.Tarawih is an Arabic phrase referring to those extra prayers. This prayer is performed after prayer salah of the night Isha'a, but before the witr rakat.
after 1 month fasting all the muslim will celebrate hari raya aidilfitri at 1 syawal......
that all....tq

I have been in Penang for a year during study period at Penang Matriculation College. It is a really wonderful life in Penang. I do miss the memory so much!!! To recall it back, I search some information about Penang from www.geocities.com/webunicorns/tpenang.htm website. From that site, I would know the best place to go for holiday such as Fort Cornwallis, Penang Bird Park, Bukit Mertajam Recreational Park, Penang Butterfly Farm, Penang Hill and many more. There are more than thirteen interesting place including the Penang Bridge. To me, the greatest thing in Penang is the ferry and the scenery of the ocean. If you want to spend your holiday in Penang, you should not worry about transportation because you can easily find bus anywhere you go.

I believe that everyone have already know what is mean by CPR. The word CPR is stand for Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation. I have read about CPR from kidshealth.org/kid/watch/er/cpr.htm website. It is a site about kids and their health but as an adult, we are also can take some information to apply on our daily life. When someone has a problem with breathing, a rescuer will give mouth-mouth resuscitation (rescue breathing). 30 chest compressions should be started right away after a couple of rescue breaths are given. Someone will stop breathing when it is heart attack, stroke, chucking, drowning, severe allergic reactions and many other. Not just a medical professional should know how to do CPR, but everyone need too. It might be your parents someday or anyone you know need your help!

Widely, markets, or 'Ramadan bazaars' are held in many areas around the country, where all sorts of food and kuih traditional Malay delicaces are sold for breaking fast or buka puasa. You can search and buy them at UMP's Bazar Ramadhan in this month..huhu

Assalammualaikum wbt and have a nice day..
First of all, i would like to wish Salam Ramadhan al-Mubarak to all muslims.. In fact, i want to share some benefits of fasting.. That is, one of the odd nights in the last 10 days of Ramadhan is called the night of power when angels descend down, and take the prayer of worship to God for acceptance.
Fasting is a special act of worship which is only between humans and God since no one else knows for sure if this person is actually fasting. Thus God says in hadith qudsi that "Fasting is for Me and I only will reward it". In another hadith, the Prophet Mohammad S.A.W. (peace be upon him) has said "If one does not give up falsehoods in words and actions, God has no need of him giving up food and drink".

~Assalamualaikum w.b.t and good day everyone~

Its me again, and I want to tell you about

"TYPES OF FASTS"

There are Eight types of Fasts . They are as follows:

1. FARDH MU-'AYYAN: Fasting for the whole month of Ramadhan
once a year.

2. FARDH GHAIR MU-'AYYAN: The duty upon one to keep QADHAR
of a fast missed in the month of Ramadhan with or without a valid
reason.

3. WAJIB MU-'AYYAN: To vow to keep a fast on a specific day or
date for the pleasure of Allah I, upon the fulfilment of some wish
or desire

4. WAJIB GHAIR MU-'AYYAN: To vow or pledge to keep a fast
without fixing any day or date, upon the fulfilment of a wish. Those
fasts which are kept for breaking one's Qasm (oath) also fall under
this category.

5. SUNNAH: Those fasts which Rasulullah kept and encouraged
others to keep, e.g., fasting on the 9th and 10th of Muharram, and
the 9th of Dhil Hijjah, etc.

6. MUSTAHAB: All fasts besides Fardh, wajib and Sunnah are
Mustahab, eg., fasting on Mondays and Thursdays.

7. MAKRUH: Fasting ONLY on the 9th or 10th of Muharram or
Fasting ONLY on Saturdays.

8. HARAM: It is Haram to fast on FIVE days during the year. They
are Eidul Fitr, Eidul Adhaa and three days after Eidul Adha.

I think this information is good for the muslims to know about fast in Islam..

Is it true Nurrahma??hehe

~Assalamualaikum wbt and a very nice day everyone~

Today, I wanna share you about
THINGS MAKRUH WHILE FASTING

1. To chew rubber, plastic or other inedible items.

2. To taste any article of food or drink and spit it out. If a woman has a very ill-tempered husband, it is permissible for her to taste the food, provided it does not go down her throat.

3. To collect one's saliva in the mouth and then to swallow it, trying to quench thirst.

4. To delay a bath that has become Fardh knowingly until after Subh
Sadiq.

5. To use paste or tooth powder to clean one's teeth. It is permitted to use a miswaak of any fresh branch or root.

6. To complain of hunger and thirst.

7. To take excessive water up the nostrils when cleaning the nose.

8. To gargle more than necessary.

9. To quarrel, argue, use filthy or indecent words.

10. To backbite, lie and swear etc. are sinful acts even when one is not fasting. Therefore they become more serious when fasting.

I hope the muslims especially man must fullfill their fast..

Thank you for landing your eyes..

~Assalamualaikum wbt and good morning everyone~

Its me again...
Today I want to shaare with you some information about
BENEFITS OF FASTING

Fasting is an act of deep personal worship to God in which
Muslims seek to raise their level of God-consciousness.
The act of fasting redirects the heart away from
worldly activities and towards the remembrance of God.
Muslims focus during this month on strengthening
their relationship with the Creator. It is a time for
spiritual reflection, prayer and doing of good deeds.
Fasting is intended to inculcate self-discipline, selfrestraint
and generosity.
The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said, “Indeed,
anyone who fasts for one day for Allah's Pleasure,
Allah will keep his face away from the (Hell) fire for
(a distance covered by a journey of) seventy years.”
“The sleep of a fasting person is regarded as an act of
worship, his remaining silent is regarded as glorifying
God, the reward for his good deeds is multiplied, his
supplications are accepted, and his sins are forgiven.”
Fasting makes the individual more aware of the many
bounties of God. The hunger and thirst remind the
fasting person of the poor who may rarely eat well.
Fasting re-enforces the concept that wasting the
Creator’s bounties is a sign of ingratitude to Him.
Muslims are reminded to be extra-generous during
the month of Ramadan and to share the bounties that
God has provided them, giving generously in charity.
Our wealth is regarded as a trust from God, not really
our own; will we be greedy with it and spend it only
on ourselves, or will we strive to please Him by
sharing it with others?
A person who carefully observes the month of
Ramadan becomes closer to God.The self-restraint of
Ramadan make the heart and mind accustomed to the
remembrance and praise of God and to the obedience
of His commandments. It is therefore a spiritual
regime and a re-orientation process for the body and
mind - the extent of the benefit depends on the
performance and sincerity of the individual Muslim

For muslims, I hope you all enjoy your fasting because it give a lot of benefits to us..
Wassalam...

ROBBERS KILLED FOR AN SHOOTOUT
( The Star newspaper, 10/09/08)

What can I say about this news? I am really shocked to read this news bacause I thought all this will only happen in movies. I also really pitty the 2young girls who have to face this at this young age.

4robbers attacked their house when the two girls and their parents are about to 'bersahur'. Their father manage to escape first. The two girls at the age of 18 and 20 ran upstairs and jump down to save themselves. Unfortunately, their mother could not escape and became the victim of the brutal robbers.

The robbers murdered the girls' mother and burn down the room. However, later the police manage to shoot the robbers.

I am wondering why the husband did not save his wife first before escaping. Well, I cannot blame him either because I do not know how does it feel to be in such a dangerous situation. And why the police have to take such a long time to negotiate with the robbers. Haiz...

I am just hoping that the two girls are not badly affected by this incident and hope that they can carry on with their lifes. And i really really hope this would not happen to me or any of my acquantance.

My article sharing for today is about harassment in our lives. Have been harrased before. If lightly maybe thats fine but what about "heavy" type harassment, for example, stalking? You wouldn't want somebody esp from opposite gender to stalk you right? Maybe that's a different view for males getting stalked by girls, but then its quite subjective. In short, I think every don't want to be harassed by any means.

The title is "Textual Harassment" by Nasa Maria Entaban,at Star News 10th Sept edition at StarTwo section pg T2.

The lesson I have learned from this article, dont be too exposed esp online, its wise to keep your private info such as your address, phone no and hp no to yourself and closed ones only, eg family and friends. Or else you might experienced what Sara and Erica did (not their real name). Sara has recieved text msgs by a stalker whereas Erica's indentity was stolen by and identitiy theif who made another frienster account and her pictures stolen by this person superimposed onto nude figures.

In short, be careful when adding someone as "friends" even in online..

~Assalamualaikum wbt and nice day everyone~

I`m back again to share with you today about
"TARAWIH"

Tarawih prayers are prayed in pairs of two and can be prayed in any even amount of rak'ah, although 8 or 20 raka'ahs are what Muslims usually pray. This prayer is performed only during Ramadan of the Islamic Calendar after salah of Isha'a. Sunni Muslims believe it is customary to attempt a khatm (complete recitation) of the Qur'an in Ramadan by reciting at least one juz per night in tarawih. If someone does not know how to read Qur'an or cannot read it very well, they may recite Surahs that they know.

Tarawih prayers are offered in Sunni Muslim communities worldwide, and in the diaspora (North America, United Kingdom, etc.) they are important congregational events for both men and women. In Muslim countries where women do not attend mosques regularly, they tend to pray tarawih at home[citation needed], while in the diaspora it is common for women to attend tarawih prayers at mosques.

Once Rasulullah addressed his followers on the last day of Sha’ban,
on the eve of Ramadhan, and said: “There is a night in this month which
is greater in excellence than a thousand months; Allah I has enjoined
an extra prayer to be offered in the nights of this month. If a person
performs a voluntary good act out of his own free choice during this
month, they will be entitled to receive the reward of an imperative act
performed in the other months”.
In another tradition, he has regarded the Tarawih Prayer as a means of
the forgiveness of sins. He has said: “The one who observes the Tarawih
Prayer at night during Ramadhan with complete faith and devotion only
for the sake of the recompense of the Akhirah (Hereafter), will have all
his previous sins forgiven by Allah”.

That`s all.
Wassalam..

~Assalamualaikum wbt and hello everyone???~

I'm back again with a topic that all of us really like..
The topic for today is about
"LOVE"

Love represents a range of emotions and experiences related to the senses of affection and sexual attraction.[1] The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal attraction. This diversity of meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states.

As an abstract concept love usually refers to a strong, ineffable feeling towards another person. Even this limited conception of love, however, encompasses a wealth of different feelings, from the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love to the nonsexual. Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.

SO, we should live in love because love can give us happiness..

Assalammualaikum wbt..

It is pretty interesting to read the introduction by Blane Despres in his book ‘Systems Thinker in Action’ where he compares a systems complexity with the poetic rhythms of a river meandering through the countryside. He can stick the foot in the river one summer and come back again the next summer, or multiple summers later, to the “same” river. Yet, according to Heracleitus, it is never the same river. Thats all..tq

Today I want to share with you about
"Friendship"

"Friendship" is a term used to denote co-operative and supportive behavior between two or more beings. This article focuses on the notion specific to interpersonal relationships. In this sense, the term connotes a relationship which involves mutual knowledge, esteem, and affection and respect along with a degree of rendering service to friends in times of need or crisis. Friends will welcome each other's company and exhibit loyalty towards each other, often to the point of altruism. Their tastes will usually be similar and may converge, and they will share enjoyable activities. They will also engage in mutually helping behavior, such as exchange of advice and the sharing of hardship. A friend is someone who may often demonstrate reciprocating and reflective behaviors. Yet for many, friendship is nothing more than the trust that someone or something will not harm them. Value that is found in friendships is often the result of a friend demonstrating the following on a consistent basis:

-the tendency to desire what is best for the other,
-sympathy and empathy,
-honesty, perhaps in situations where it may be difficult for others to speak the truth, especially in terms of pointing out the perceived faults of one's counterpart
-mutual understanding

I hope our friendship will be more strong from day to days..
Good unity in our department..

heres another one.

THE EMPERORS NEW CLOTHES.

Many years ago there was an Emperor so exceedingly fond of new clothes that he spent all his money on being well dressed. He cared nothing about reviewing his soldiers, going to the theatre, or going for a ride in his carriage, except to show off his new clothes. He had a coat for every hour of the day, and instead of saying, as one might, about any other ruler, "The King's in council," here they always said. "The Emperor's in his dressing room."

In the great city where he lived, life was always gay*. Every day many strangers came to town, and among them one day came two swindlers. They let it be known they were weavers, and they said they could weave the most magnificent fabrics imaginable. Not only were their colors and patterns uncommonly fine, but clothes made of this cloth had a wonderful way of becoming invisible to anyone who was unfit for his office, or who was unusually stupid.

"Those would be just the clothes for me," thought the Emperor. "If I wore them I would be able to discover which men in my empire are unfit for their posts. And I could tell the wise men from the fools. Yes, I certainly must get some of the stuff woven for me right away." He paid the two swindlers a large sum of money to start work at once.

They set up two looms and pretended to weave, though there was nothing on the looms. All the finest silk and the purest old thread which they demanded went into their traveling bags, while they worked the empty looms far into the night.

"I'd like to know how those weavers are getting on with the cloth," the Emperor thought, but he felt slightly uncomfortable when he remembered that those who were unfit for their position would not be able to see the fabric. It couldn't have been that he doubted himself, yet he thought he'd rather send someone else to see how things were going. The whole town knew about the cloth's peculiar power, and all were impatient to find out how stupid their neighbors were.

"I'll send my honest old minister to the weavers," the Emperor decided.
"He'll be the best one to tell me how the material looks, for he's a sensible man and no one does his duty better."

So the honest old minister went to the room where the two swindlers sat working away at their empty looms.

"Heaven help me," he thought as his eyes flew wide open, "I can't see anything at all". But he did not say so.

Both the swindlers begged him to be so kind as to come near to approve the excellent pattern, the beautiful colors. They pointed to the empty looms, and the poor old minister stared as hard as he dared. He couldn't see anything, because there was nothing to see. "Heaven have mercy," he thought. "Can it be that I'm a fool? I'd have never guessed it, and not a soul must know. Am I unfit to be the minister? It would never do to let on that I can't see the cloth."

"Don't hesitate to tell us what you think of it," said one of the weavers.

"Oh, it's beautiful -it's enchanting." The old minister peered through his spectacles. "Such a pattern, what colors!" I'll be sure to tell the Emperor how delighted I am with it."

"We're pleased to hear that," the swindlers said. They proceeded to name all the colors and to explain the intricate pattern. The old minister paid the closest attention, so that he could tell it all to the Emperor. And so he did.

The swindlers at once asked for more money, more silk and gold thread, to get on with the weaving. But it all went into their pockets. Not a thread went into the looms, though they worked at their weaving as hard as ever.

The Emperor presently sent another trustworthy official to see how the work progressed and how soon it would be ready. The same thing happened to him that had happened to the minister. He looked and he looked, but as there was nothing to see in the looms he couldn't see anything.

"Isn't it a beautiful piece of goods?" the swindlers asked him, as they displayed and described their imaginary pattern.

"I know I'm not stupid," the man thought, "so it must be that I'm unworthy of my good office. That's strange. I mustn't let anyone find it out, though." So he praised the material he did not see. He declared he was delighted with the beautiful colors and the exquisite pattern. To the Emperor he said, "It held me spellbound."

All the town was talking of this splendid cloth, and the Emperor wanted to see it for himself while it was still in the looms. Attended by a band of chosen men, among whom were his two old trusted officials-the ones who had been to the weavers-he set out to see the two swindlers. He found them weaving with might and main, but without a thread in their looms.

"Magnificent," said the two officials already duped. "Just look, Your Majesty, what colors! What a design!" They pointed to the empty looms, each supposing that the others could see the stuff.

"What's this?" thought the Emperor. "I can't see anything. This is terrible! Am I a fool? Am I unfit to be the Emperor? What a thing to happen to me of all people! - Oh! It's very pretty," he said. "It has my highest approval." And he nodded approbation at the empty loom. Nothing could make him say that he couldn't see anything.

His whole retinue stared and stared. One saw no more than another, but they all joined the Emperor in exclaiming, "Oh! It's very pretty," and they advised him to wear clothes made of this wonderful cloth especially for the great procession he was soon to lead. "Magnificent! Excellent! Unsurpassed!" were bandied from mouth to mouth, and everyone did his best to seem well pleased. The Emperor gave each of the swindlers a cross to wear in his buttonhole, and the title of "Sir Weaver."

Before the procession the swindlers sat up all night and burned more than six candles, to show how busy they were finishing the Emperor's new clothes. They pretended to take the cloth off the loom. They made cuts in the air with huge scissors. And at last they said, "Now the Emperor's new clothes are ready for him."

Then the Emperor himself came with his noblest noblemen, and the swindlers each raised an arm as if they were holding something. They said, "These are the trousers, here's the coat, and this is the mantle," naming each garment. "All of them are as light as a spider web. One would almost think he had nothing on, but that's what makes them so fine."

"Exactly," all the noblemen agreed, though they could see nothing, for there was nothing to see.

"If Your Imperial Majesty will condescend to take your clothes off," said the swindlers, "we will help you on with your new ones here in front of the long mirror."

The Emperor undressed, and the swindlers pretended to put his new clothes on him, one garment after another. They took him around the waist and seemed to be fastening something - that was his train-as the Emperor turned round and round before the looking glass.

"How well Your Majesty's new clothes look. Aren't they becoming!" He heard on all sides, "That pattern, so perfect! Those colors, so suitable! It is a magnificent outfit."

Then the minister of public processions announced: "Your Majesty's canopy is waiting outside."

"Well, I'm supposed to be ready," the Emperor said, and turned again for one last look in the mirror. "It is a remarkable fit, isn't it?" He seemed to regard his costume with the greatest interest.

The noblemen who were to carry his train stooped low and reached for the floor as if they were picking up his mantle. Then they pretended to lift and hold it high. They didn't dare admit they had nothing to hold.

So off went the Emperor in procession under his splendid canopy. Everyone in the streets and the windows said, "Oh, how fine are the Emperor's new clothes! Don't they fit him to perfection? And see his long train!" Nobody would confess that he couldn't see anything, for that would prove him either unfit for his position, or a fool. No costume the Emperor had worn before was ever such a complete success.

"But he hasn't got anything on," a little child said.

"Did you ever hear such innocent prattle?" said its father. And one person whispered to another what the child had said, "He hasn't anything on. A child says he hasn't anything on."

"But he hasn't got anything on!" the whole town cried out at last.

The Emperor shivered, for he suspected they were right. But he thought, "This procession has got to go on." So he walked more proudly than ever, as his noblemen held high the train that wasn't there at all.

SLAVERY HELL IN THE ESTATE
(New Straits Time, 15 September 2008)

I was really shocked to read this news in the paper! How can this happen after 51 years of independence? Where are the authorised people? Where are the policemen? And where is the law?

I am really sad and shocked to know that slavery still exist in Malaysia, one of the most developing country in the world. Never in my wildest dream I thought all this will happen in our country. When I first read the title, I thought it was at some other country. But, I was so shocked to know that it is happening in our own country at Johor Bharu.

A few families are forced to work in estates without any pay and any rest. They will be beaten up by their employers if they take rest in between their work time and they only given one meal a day. Men at the estates are forced to drink cheap alcohols which burns their throat while women are sexually harreseted. Young kids are also tortured and forced to work more than 12hours in a day without any rest. The young children are not given any education nor proper food or medication if they fall sick.

When I was reading this, I thought of a Tamil movie that I watched. The situation that is happening in our country was exactly how was pictured in that movie. I still caonnot believe what I read!

After being tortured for eight years, a family decided to risk their life to escape from that hell. They manage to lodge a police report but no action was taken. The suspect was only arrested for two days and then released. Before this family, a few people have lodged police report too. But the answer given by the police was not enough evidence and the victims are too scared to co-operate. So, it is difficult for them to find the estate where people are treated as slaves. What on earth is this? Isn't it their duty to search for the place according to the report? Why are they paid for then? I really hope that the police take this seriously and take action as quick as possible to save other families who are still there. Please give them a real MERDEKA!
I am sure if the police's family members are involved, the action would had been taken and this sad thing would have ended.

I really hope that the police will use their brain and technology in our country like helicopters to trace the place and free the victims and the government to provide proper facilities to the victims after being released.

PLEASE SAVE THEM!!!

DIRTIEST AMONG SEVEN NATIONS
(New Strait Times, 15 September 2008)

Do you know that toilets at homes in Malaysia are cleaner than the kitchens? And do you know that Malaysia has the dirtiest homes after India, among the countries studied?

This was the article that i read yesterday. It is said that many microorganisms that suppose to be found in feaces are found in the kitchens of Malaysian homes. I hope that our houses are not so.

It is utmost important for us to ensure our environment especially our homes are clean. Im sure we do not want to fall sick at a very young age. So, lets keep our houses clean!

today i like to comment about three main wire...
the first is live wire..the live wire carries alternating current from the power source to the equipment...this wire is hight in voltage...so it can kill you when you touch it...
second is earth wire...the earth wire usually contact is only intended to carry electric current when connected to the equipment that has developed an insulation fault...the earth wire carries the same electicity as the live wire...to be completely safe, never touch this wire...
third is neutral wire...the neutral wire usually returns current from the equipment back to the power source or distribution panel...this wire also carries the same electricity as the live wire when in complete circuit..so...don't touch it...
as a conclution....wire is important to our life because it's transfer the current to our equipment that use electric...so when we don't have the wire all equipment we have no function...but...we must always alert about the dangerous when we touch the wire...it's can kill who touch it....so..be ware...

Today, I read a book “Standards for Being a Good Student and Child”. This book is free by Buddhism. It was teaches us how to be dutiful to our parents, respectful and loving our siblings and also cautious with all people and matter in daily life. All of them are taught by Chinese saints and sages of the ancient past.
For dutiful to our parents, we must greet them in the morning to show them that we are care about them. Before going out, we must inform our parent where we going out. It is because parents are always takes care about their children. So, they no need to worry about their children. When parents are ill, we must taste the medicine first before giving it to them. Besides that, Siblings must always keep the harmonious relationships among themselves. When we walking or eating, we must let elders go first and the younger ones will follow it. We also cannot do a thing in a hurry. It will lead to many mistakes. It is one of the things that we need to remember to cautions in life.
In my opinion, i think all of the teaching is true. This is our responsibility, so we must do that. But some of people are declining their responsibility and assume their parents are their burden. Finally, they will send their parents to old people’s home. The sibling also will fight because the property. Actually, we cannot do that. They are our member of family. We must respect of each other and keep the harmonious relationships among themselves and throw the bad thought. PB08044

In Islam alm is called "Zakat"
Islamic scriptural rules on alms are quite reminiscent of the biblical instructions:

"If you give alms openly, it is well; but if you do it secretly and give to the poor, that is better." - (Qur-an 2:271a)

In Islam, zakat, or the giving of alms, is the fourth of the five pillars of Islam. Various rules attach to the practice, but in general terms, it is obligatory to give away 2.5% of ones savings and business revenue, as well as 5-10% of ones harvest, to the poor. The recipients include the destitute, the working poor, those who are unable to pay off their own debts, stranded travelers, and others who need assistance, with the general principle of zakaah always being that the rich should pay it to the poor.

Alongside milk chocolate, white chocolate and dark chocolate are also some common chocolate varieties.White chocolate is formed from a mixture of sugar, cocoa butter and milk solids. Although its texture is similar to milk and dark chocolate, it dose not contain any cocoa solids thus not officially qualifying as true chocolate. because of this, many countries do not consider white chocolate as chocolate at all.
dark chocolate is produced by adding fat and sugar to the cocoa mixture. the U.S Government call this "sweet chocolate" and requires a 15% concentration of chocolate liquor.dark chocolate , with high cocoa content, is a rich source of the flavonoids epicatechin and garllic acid. in mammals and birds the measurement of eye movement during sleep is used to divide sleep into the two broad types of Rapid eye Movement and Non- Rapid Eye Movement(NREM). Each type has distinct set of associated physiology, neurological and psychological features.in humans this cycles is on average 90 to 110 minutes, with a greater amount of stages 3 and 4 early in the night and more REM later in the night. Each phase may have a distinct physiological function. Drugs such as sleeping pills and alcoholic beverages can suppress certain stage of sleep. The historian Herodotus , and the scholar callimachus of Cyrene at the Museum of Alexandria, made early list of "seven wonders " but their writing have not survived, except as reference. their wonders included:
Great Pyramid Of Giza, Hanging Gardens of babylon, Statue of Zeus at Olympia, Temple Of Artemis at Ephesus , Mausoleum of Maussollos at Halicarnassus, Colossus of Rhodes, and Lighthouse of Alexandria. The earliest lists had the Lighthouse of alexandria. The Greek category was not "wonders" but "thaumata" which translates closer to "miracles". The list that we know today was compiled in the middle Ages by which time many of the sites were no longer in existence. today , the only ancient world wonder that stil exists is the Great Pyramid of Giza.

Did you know the effect of taking fast food to our health?
I have read about fast food from www.tqnyc.org/NYC074242/health_diseases.htm website. Fast food can affect our health by diseases such as hypertension, cancer, heart disease, diabetes and you may also develop gall stones, which are solid stones that form in the gall bladder from cholesterol, bile salts, and calcium. This will eventually lead to gall bladder disease.

I do believe that each and everyone of us wants a happily ever after life, right?
Especially with our partners.
From what i've read, an article that can be found in the msn website, one of the key points in sustaining a happily after life is by building a same dream together. This will bring couples closer together because the same dream that they share. This will inculcate the spirit of togetherness.
To me, this all depends on the couple themselves, if they really want to be living happily, it depends on how much effort they put in sustaining that relationship...
But then again, no one can fight destiny, if it is destined that this couple will not sustain long, this relationship will eventually come to an end.
Who says that life is easy? All we can do is just live life like there is tomorow, we must enjoy this life to the fullest because we do not know what wil happen tomorrow. So, as a conclusion, no matter what happen, live life to the fullest..

Nowadays, there are four main sources which include animal, plant, mineral and synthetic. Basically, animal textiles are made from hair or fur such as wool, woolen and silk. For plant textiles, grass, rush, hemp and sisal are used to make rope while straw and bamboo are both used in making hats. In making a cloth, cotton, flax, jute, hemp and modal can be use. The shininess for fabric such as silk and velvet can be increase by using acetate. Asbestos and basalt fiber are used to make mineral textiles such as vinyl tiles, sheeting and adhesives. Rose is a very famous flower to those who want to express love. Roses are come in seven different types. They are floribunda, hybrid tea, gradiflora, shrub & landscape, climber, miniature and the last one is tree roses. The floribunda roses such as Day Breaker, Honey Perfume and Betty Boop usually bloom more freely and setting clusters of three to fifteen blossoms rather than a single bloom on a stem. For hybrid tea roses such as Love and Peace, Memorial Day and Elle, the flowers are usually borne singly, one to a stem, rather than in clusters. Blooms have a high-center point it is one of the most popular rose types. Candelabra, Crimson Bouquet and About Face are grandiflora type there are tall elegant plants which bloom repeatedly during the season and grow up to six feet tall. Lady Elsie May and Knock Out are both from shrub and landscape type. They are natural disease-resistance, borne consistently over a very long season and work well in any landscape. The climber type is produce long, arching canes with numerous flowers that can be trained to a trellis, fence, or other supporting structure while Child’s Play and sun Sprinkles are both from miniature type. The purpose of lighting the oil lamp during the early days of the arrival of Islam among the Malays was to attract spirit of passed relatives and angels to descend to people homes during the night but after ages had passed, the oil lamps are lit solely for decorative purpose since misconception is regarded counterfactual as much understanding of Islam were obtained. That day, I was learning how to change a punctured car tyre in “Model Compositions and Summaries for SPM 1119”. Actually, changing a punctured tyre is a simple process. Despite man or woman, everyone can do that.
Changing tyre needs a kit comprising a simple tool such as a car jack, screwdriver and wrench. Firstly, we must bring the car to stop and apply the handbrake. Next, remove the hub-cap of the punctured wheel using a screwdriver. Then, use a wrench to loosen the four wheel nuts. The wrench must turn up in an anti-clockwise direction. To remove the flat tyre, we need to lift the car. When the wheel nuts and remove the flat tyre. Replace it with the space tyre. Then, screw on the wheel nuts in a clockwise direction. Lower the car to the ground and remove the jack. Check and see whether the wheel nuts are tightened and finally put back the hub cup. Then, the process is done.
Many people feel that changing tyre is a different task, especially woman. So, they choose to send their car to get the services of a mechanic. With the knowledge of changing the tyre, we can save the money and also learn to be more independent. When emergency, we also can solve it immediately and no need require the help from another people.

Today, I read a composition “Preventing Dengue” in “Model Compositions and Summaries for SPM 1119”. I choose this topic because my district has the highest incidence of dengue cases. Besides that, dengue also is a danger disease. It will bring death to someone who is getting the dengue disease. So, I want to know that the step to prevent an outbreak of dengue.
A dengue outbreak is caused by the uncontrolled breeding of the Aedes mosquito. So, we must first make sure there are no breeding places in and around our homes. In homes, we can use the larvicide to kill mosquitoes and destroy the larvae. We also can put the salt into containers holding water as it prevents mosquitoes from breeding. Besides that, we must change the water in vases and tubs at least once a week. In outside the house, there are old bottles, tins or other containers where water can collect, we must get rid, bury or throw them away. We must make sure the drains and the gutters are not clogged. It is easy to make the mosquito breed.
As the saying goes “prevention is better than cure”. We must keep the step to protect ourselves and prevent the dengue disease.

Another composition that I was read is “Dental care” from “Model Compositions and Summaries for SPM 1119”. It noted that eat the right food can care for our teeth. A well balanced diet that contains the right proportions of proteins, minerals, and vitamins is beneficial diet for the teeth as well. Milk and leafy vegetable is rich in calcium and phosphorus also can protect or teeth. We cannot always eat the sweets and sweet food. Over eating will trigger tooth decay. Besides that, we must brush our teeth after every meal. It can help to remove particles of food lodged between the teeth. We also need to exercise our teeth with chewing the fruits and vegetables that are rich in fibre. It is beneficial for the proper development of the teeth and jaws. Lastly, visit to the dentist once in six month is also a step that we need to do. Actually, healthy set of teeth is very important to us. It serves to chew the food and also enhance our confident. With a beautiful set of teeth, we can be more confident to smile. It also can prevent the risk of heart attacks. So, we must protect your teeth and not only the face, hair or nail.

The scientific name for a common sunflower is Helianthus Annuus. There are eleven species of sunflower recorded from Kansas but only the common sunflower and the Prairie Sunflower are annual where nine of them are perennials. It is very complicated to identify the species of sunflower because they frequently hybridize and even within species there is a high degree of variability. The association of people has a long story with the Common in 3,000 years ago. On that time, it was domesticated for food production by the Native Americans. The seeds of the wild type of sunflower are about 5 mm. long. It was only through careful selection for the largest size seeds over hundreds of years that the cultivated sunflower was produced.

Three basic ingredients such grain, water and bakers’ yeast are use to make a bread. Bran, germ and endosperm are the three parts of grain where bran is the hard outer layer, germ is the reproductive component and endosperm is the soft inner core. To make whole wheat and rye breads, all three parts are ground together while to make white flour, the bran and the germ must be removed. The white flour is enriched with vitamins and mineral and some of it has also been fortified with fiber and calcium.

USB flash drive is designed to read and write data using the same system commands as a mechanical disk drive. As just another drive, it is appearing to the computer operating system and user interference. A flash drive consists of a small printed circuit board have no other additional protection than protected inside a plastic, metal or rubberised case. Today, I read a composition “Good Nutrition” in “Model Compositions and Summaries for SPM 1119”.

It noted that we must have a balance diet of energy-giving food such as carbohydrates and protein with as little fat as possible. We cannot eat too much fat. It is because overweight will increase the risk of suffering heart attack and cancer. Besides that, we must consume more vegetable, fruit and eat less meat. It will help to lower the cholesterol lever in our body and reduce the chances to getting a cancer. Eating food rich in vitamin and minerals also can help the body to fight against disease. Moreover, we must lower the intake of oil. Instead of deep frying, we can eat the food that is baked, boiled, roasted or stewed. Most of all eat in moderation.

Intake a good nutrition can help us to getting a good health. Health is the most important to everybody. With a health, we can do anything that we want to do. Similar, a person that always sick was unable to do anything although he was a rich man. Health cannot buy with the money.

This morning, I read a news “Boy hurt in firecracker mishap” from “The Star” on Monday 29 september2008, page of N29. It noted that 11 years old boy who broke open a firecracker to burn the sulphur inside was injured in the eyes when the substance exploded. The boy was sent to Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital. He had a blurred vision and his right eye was covered with a bandage.

Actually, we always can see the cases of firecracker mishap during the Hari Raya season. Playing firecracker is a danger activity. It is easily to injury our body. Before this, the government has prohibited people play the firecracker. But, many people are not obeying the law. They still sell and playing it. Actually, we should stop to play this danger activity. When incident is happen, the people who suffer the painfulness are the sufferer only.

Another new I read is “Slimming centre opens outlet in JB” in “The Star”, page of M5. It noted that Cenosis, an international slimming specialist, opened its latest branch in Plaza Pelangi. The firm was the seventh outlet in Malaysia. It will provided quality slimming services with more than 200 dedicated staff in Singapore and Malaysia.

Nowadays, more than more slimming centre was opened in our country. There are provided variety of slimming services to customers. It is because a lot of people will spend money on their appearance. I think people must give an attention to choosing a slimming centre and also slimming services. It is important because choose an unsuitable service will waste the money and make a danger to our health. Although the service is fast and effective, but I still feel that exercise is a good way to slim and bring health to us.

Today, I want to talk about a short stories “The Lotus Eater” in “Baby Step”. It was written by William Somerset Maugham. It was talked about a man, Thomas Wilson who works as a manager in London. He was 34 years old. He was bored about his job and wants to search his happiness. So, he decided to resign his job, sold his house and lives in Capri, the island that he had fallen in love. He also bought an annuity for 25 years. The money will last till he was 60 years old. He planned to die at the age of 60. Wilson lived a simple life in a small cottage. When he reached the age of 60, his money had finished. He tried to kill himself but did not succeed. Then, he becomes recluse and refusing to contact with anyone. Lastly, he died at the age of 67.

In my point of views, I think Wilson is not really found the true happiness. It is only a illusion. When his money is last, his life becomes worse. Actually, there are many way to search our happiness. Besides that, there still many things that we can do in our life. For example, giving help to some people that need to help. He cannot waste his life like that. He also cannot plan his death. Actually, he had a good future. He must esteem his life.

I read a news “Six held after man is killed in fight” from “The Star”, page of M3. This case is happen in Sandakan. A25 year’s old man was believed to have been beaten to death in a fight involving two groups in Taman Merpati. The victim had severe head and body injuries. The cause was believed to be jealousy. And the police arrested six men to assist in investigations into the case classified as murder.

When a problem is occurs, I think first must make calm our feeling. Actually, we have many ways to solve the problem and not only using the violent. Using the violent will make the problem be more serious. Like this case, they choose fighting to solve the problem. Lastly, fight becomes a case of murder. The futures of the six men are finish.
So, I do not agree use the violent to solve the problem.

Selamat Hari Raya! Today, I want to talk about a news “Foreman missing after freak accident” in “The Star”, page of N29. It noted that a 23 years old foreman is feared to have been killed when the car plunged into Sungai Sala. According the reported, the foreman was returning home with his another two friends, after headed to a karaoka centre. When an accident was happen, his friends are success to escape from the Perodua Kancil car but he not successful. When the car was pulled out of the water, he was not in the car. The body could have been swept away by the currents. And the search operating will be continuing.

This accident was fears me when I saw the picture of a car plunged into the river. Then, I am thinking about the cause of accident. Maybe the driver is too tired. Actually, many accidents can be avoided. Like this cases, the driver can stop to drive and rest a moment first if driver is too tire. We must think that safety first to avoid any accident will happen. Lastly, I hope the victim is safety. PB08044

PLASTIC SCURGERY: BEAUTY OR BEAST by omelissa Dittman

"Beauty, elegance and sexy".Three words that can describe a women..as we know cosmetic or plastic surgery is more synonym to women than men.women especialy youth will plan to undergo plastic surgery in order to change or improve their physical appearance..but why they must change? Physically attractive people often receive preferential treatment and are perceived by others as more sociable, dominant, mentally healthy and intelligent than less attractive people, according to research by psychologist Alan Feingold. So to become more popular, women will go for cosmetic surgery eventhough it has bad side effects.
Some studies have even gone as far as linking dissatisfaction with cosmetic surgery procedures to suicide. For example, in one study, the National Cancer Institute found in 2001 that women with breast implants were four times more likely to commit suicide than other plastic surgery patients of the same age as the women who underwent breast implants..in my opinion, i will never choose plastic surgery to bulid up my self confidence..we must be grateful of what we have..and changing what GOD's creation is sin.Just believe n ourselves.."believe that you can, then you are halfway there"...

today i would like to share about what i was read..
about stainless steel..
In metallurgy, stainless steel is defined as a steel alloy with a minimum of 11.5% chromium content by mass..
Stainless steel does not stain, corrode or rust as easily as ordinary steel (it "stains less"), but it is not stain-proof.
It is also called corrosion resistant steel when the alloy type and grade are not detailed, particularly in the aviation industry.
There are different grades and surface finishes of stainless steel to suit the environment to which the material will be subjected in its lifetime.
Common uses of stainless steel are cutlery and watch straps.
Stainless steel differs from carbon steel by amount of chromium present.
Carbon steel rusts when exposed to air and moisture.
This iron oxide film is active and accelerates corrosion by forming more iron oxide.
Stainless steels have sufficient amount of chromium present so that a passive film of chromium oxide forms which prevents further corrosion..

I was touched by the Biography of Mother Theresa. She is the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, attained world wide fame for her life dedicated to serving the poor and destitute. She never being regret on what she had done for the public especially for the poor, homeless and people affected with AIDS. She had sacrifice her entire life for the other. Mother Teresa was awarded the Nobel Prize "for work undertaken in the struggle to overcome poverty and distress, which also constitute a threat to peace." She refused the conventional ceremonial banquet given to laureates, and asked that the $6,000 funds be given to the poor in Calcutta. When Mother Teresa received the prize, she was asked, "What can we do to promote world peace?" Her answer was simple: "Go home and love your family ." Her attitude, kindess and charity make me realize that love is wonderful thing that can make big change in life. Melamine Contiminated Milk

The current issue that distract the world attention makes me interested to comment about it. As we know, the dairy products mostly from China and Taiwan have been banned..The products contains Melamine, a small organic molecule with a high nitrogen content that can easily fool the quality control equipment into thinking that nitrogen (from protein) is present at normal levels and so the milk is passed as good.Unfortunately, it is possible that melamine accumulates in
the body and causes toxicity problems - basically damaging the kidneys and forming stones (solid deposits within the kidneys or bladder). Infants fed regularly with milk containing melamine will be particularly susceptible to these effects. As we have seen tens of thousands have been affected and several have died in China. Who should be blame on this?? The only thing that we should do is take more consideration on our safety. As consumer, we have the right to choose the best product and service. For the parents, they should know how to overcome this issue especilly for those who still have babies or infant..avoid is better than to cure.

actually i'm realy like to eat green apple, although that is some sour but that is delicious..hehe.

Granny Smith is a tip-bearing apple cultivar. it originated in Australia in 1868 from a chance seedling propagated by Maria Ann Smith. where the name of "Granny Smith" comes from. they are found wild in New Zealand, it was originally introduced to the United Kingdom circa 1935 and the United States in 1972 by Grady Auvil. the early 20th Century, the orchards of Eastwood supplied apples to the Sydney region. This cultivar needs fewer winter chill hours and a longer growing season to mature the fruit, so it is favored for the milder areas of the apple growing regions...

before this i'm just eat the apple so after this i know the history of green apple.. although that is a fruit but that have it own history of it name.
if want to explore more about green apple just find in google then find apple green fruit and you can see wikipedia Granny Smith.

This post is probaly a good news to those who loves to eat dark chocolates like me, I mean who dont't anyawy?

According to the Italian researches report, it said, with regular consumption of dark chocolate might clinically relevant benefits in the primary prevention of cardiovascular disease, by Dr. Romina di Giuseppe of Catholic University in Campobasso write in the current issue of The Journal of Nutrition.

They made a hypothesis that people who eat more dark chocolate, which is rich in several types of antioxidants, might have lower CRP levels, CRP is used to indicate for coronary artery disease. But here's a catch, this CRP levels tend to "disappear" at higher consumption of dark chocolate.

So eat what you need, never from greed.

I am usually attracted to news about how women become the victims of heartless and brainless people or I name them worst than animals.

This article is about how two women who were molested by a same man in two different places in Kuala Terenggganu in just an hour. I really do not understand why some men are just so sick and willing to fulfill their lust by destroying other person's life.

I really hope that Malaysia will impose a heavier rule to punish people like this. The existing rule seems not to be heavy enough to further prevent this unhuman act.

And as for the fairer sex, we must always be very very careful all the time and whereever we are.

For example, your morning class may make you anxious and tense because you worry that the lecturer will give a test.
Stress can give us whether good or bad effect depends on how we handle it.Many medical conditions are caused or exacerbated by stress, including Chronic pain, migraines, ulcers, heartburn, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, asthma and etc..to manage it, we must always know the way how to reduce it so taht it wil not become too severe.

Today I read about seven simple rules for How to take a nap by Mental Floss here:http://www.divinecaroline.com/article/22178/54760-seven-simple-rules-take-nap?CMP=ILC-MstLkedWdgt

As myself, I always had BIG problem managing my sleeping habit, so I'll consider this article as my alternative solution;

1.The first thing you should know is, feeling sleepy in the afternoon is normal.

I'm not sure its true or not, but it says there, humans and animals have two of intense period sleeps.

2.Naps provide different benefits depending on how long they are.

20 min- enhance alertness and concentration, mood and coordination.

90 min- enhances creativity

more than 90 min without interuption and in deep sleep- you might get the "sleeping night" you don't get before.

3. Try not to sleep longer than 45 minutes but less that 90 minutes. Personal comment- I wonder if I can do this..

4. Find a nice dark place where you can lie down.

5. White noise can help you fall asleep. It means a place which has some calm sounds such beaches or rivers.

6. Don't nap too close to bedtime. You'll find yourself difficult to sleep later.

That's all for now..

The formation of the sun may have been triggered by shockwaves from one or more nearbysupernovae. Sunlight is Earth's primary source of energy. This energy can be harnessed via a variety of natural and synthetic processes—photosynthesis by plants captures the energy of sunlight and converts it to chemical form (oxygen and reduced carbon compounds), while direct heating or electrical conversion by solar cells are used by solar power equipment to generate electricity or to do other useful work. The energy stored in petroleum and other fossil fuels was originally converted from sunlight by photosynthesis in the distant past.

I have read an article about the ‘leaf vegetable’ in http://www.sciencedaily.com/articles/l/leaf_vegetable.htm. Everybody has already known that vegetables are good for our health. However, I am sure that not everyone practices this good habit including my brother. They should know that leaf vegetables are low in calories, low in fat, high in protein per calorie, high in dietary fiber, high in iron and calcium, and very high in phytochemicals such as vitamin C, vitamin A, lutein and folic acid which are mostly good for their health. So, I hope that the people will realize about the goodness of practices this healthy nutrition.

Taken from news.com, article by M.J. Stephey>http://news.yahoo.com/s/time/20080923/hl_time/whathappenswhenwedie

What Happens When We Die? Do you really want to know?

Well, according to a fellow at New York City's Weill Cornell Medical Center, Dr. Sam Parnia and his colleagues at Human Consciousness Project are making researches about "near death experience"

This is according to scientific view only I must say.

What sort of methods will this project use to try and verify people's claims of "near-death" experience?

When your heart stops beating, there is no blood getting to your brain. And so what happens is that within about 10 sec., brain activity ceases - as you would imagine. Yet paradoxically, 10% or 20% of people who are then brought back to life from that period, which may be a few minutes or over an hour, will report having consciousness. So the key thing here is, Are these real, or is it some sort of illusion? So the only way to tell is to have pictures only visible from the ceiling and nowhere else, because they claim they can see everything from the ceiling. So if we then get a series of 200 or 300 people who all were clinically dead, and yet they're able to come back and tell us what we were doing and were able see those pictures, that confirms consciousness really was continuing even though the brain wasn't functioning.

Personally I don't know what to say about this cause I haven't been the victim of near death myself and I'll pray that'll not happen as long as I live probaly.

They even claim they have improved technology to that they can bring people back to life!! Its kind off drugs to slow dowm the process of brain-cell injury, and DEATH.

This is really an issue of ethical to me.

The "penarik bece" in english refers to Rickshaw. Its well known at least to me that there're about thousands even millions rickshaws used for transportation in India. Due to the heavy trafic problem, they came with a very unique solution.. Use the solar energy to replace oil usage.

Written by Elizabeth Roche>http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20081013/ts_afp/indiatransportenvironment;_ylt=AugDH5uIOOLCtZ5T7l.LETsPLBIF

"The "soleckshaw", unveiled this month in New Delhi, is a motorised cycle rickshaw that can be pedalled normally or run on a 36-volt solar battery.

Developed by the state-run Centre for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), prototypes are receiving a baptism of fire by being road-tested in Old Delhi's Chandni Chowk area.

One of the city's oldest and busiest markets, dating back to the Moghul era, Chandni Chowk comprises a byzantine maze of narrow, winding streets, choked with buses, cars, scooters, cyclists and brave pedestrians.

"The most important achievement will be improving the lot of rickshaw drivers," said Pradip Kumar Sarmah, head of the non-profit Centre for Rural Development.

"It will dignify the job and reduce the labour of pedalling. From rickshaw pullers, they will become rickshaw drivers," Sarmah said.

India has an estimated eight million cycle-rickshaws."

I would like to ride one ^_^

EDUCATION FILLED WITH POLITICS.

This article is all about the influence of politics in education. As we know, education is a process of teaching, training and learnig especially in schools or colleges, to improve knowledge & develop skils. Politics influence in education is not too obvious but still make a big difference.
The most basics political question of the day for Socrates, is the different views of education which concerned about positive values such as bravery, honour, patriotism and the alternative. These values are always link to politics aspects.
Critical study of teaching method or pedadogy that thnk educationas an apolitical activity is rebelling against, since CP regards the question of values of values at any core of any educational practice. The political influence can be observe as we look back at the twentieth century shows. When the political aspect is neglected, there will be educational failures such as in the form of indoctrination, indifference, or prejudice have been the main causes of tragedies such as geocide in Rwanda, hunger in Africa, holocaust in Europe, and ethnic cleansing in former Yugoslavia. We need political values to avoidthese miserable things happen to our society. Take action on how to make education better for young generation..thanks

A bacteria would be the last thing we all want to have in us, right? Because we have this mind-set that bacteria is a super-tiny microorganism eating our body from the inside, until its get rotten. Well, at least that is what I used to think.

Then, I read this article. There are actually a good bacterias! This type of bacteria are called PROBIOTICS. Their appreances help our body in many ways, such as;

-help with digestive system problems, such as irritable bowel syndrome, constipation or diarrhea.

-help restore the flora that is destroyed in colon by the use of medical treatments.

-help the body make vitamin K, which cannot be made solely by the body.

-helps with blood clotting.

Some examples of probiotics are;
bulgaricus, thermophilus and Bifidobacterium.

Nowadays the probiotics can be taken from food like yogurts and yeast. There are also now in pill or powder form.

So,what do you think? Never saw this one coming right?

Did you know why that every people have a different skin colour? Melanin is a pigment that coloured our skin, hair, iris of the eye and feather. The darker skin means that there are higher mortality rate of melanin but not for the brighter skin. It is a form of amino acid (called tyrosine) that a part of metabolism process. For example, melanin can minimize the number of light beams that enter the eye, which can affect the sharpness of vision. Want to know how to live longer?
According to the article that i read in the msn website, there are few tips that can be practised to live longer.
One of them is by drinking tea, green or the normal ones. This is so because of the existence of a chemical in this tea that could give benefit to the bblood vessels thus improving blood circulation in the body.
Next is by eating dark purple foods such as grape and berries. The chemical that made this fruit to appear purple is the one that help in improvving health. So, add more purple coloured food in your daily diet to achieve that drean of living longer.
Last but not least ids if you were once a college freshmen, then it is a good news to your health.
The reason for this is that, for those who had at least 12 years of formal education, only 10% smoked unlike those who don't where about 35% smoked. As we all know that smoking is bad for our health.
There are many more tips that you could folllow to achieve that 3 digit age, the most important is enough rest, balanced diet, exercising, drink plenty of plain water and the list could go on..
To know more just search in the internet..

WHY DO OTHER PEOPLE HEAR OUR VOICES DIFFERENTLY THAN WE DO??

It's a universal pattern of rejection one own's voice. There is also medical explanatuion for this phenomena. when we speak, the sound will go through our larynx. Vibration emanates from two ways that is through the air an the other is durected through the fluid & solid of our heads. Inner & middle ears atre parts of caverns hollowed out by bone-the hardest bone of the skull. Inner ears contain fluid, middle ears contain air and the two press against each other. Larynx is the soft tissue full of liquid. The sound transmitted different through air than through solid. It will make a tonal difference. When we speak, we are not hearing ourvoice solely with our ears, but also through internal hearing. Human have an internal memory of our voice in our brain, and the memory is richer than what we hear i the tape playback. Listening to a recording of our own voice is like listening to a symphony on a bad transistor radio- the sound is recognisble but a pale imitation..

when we talk about fantasy, what do you think in your mind?
Is it fairy, magical world, magic stick, unicorn or any other things??

As what I remembered, we are disposed to these kind of fantasy since our childhood time.
Begins with stories like Snow White, Cinderella until now we have The Lord of The Rings, Harry Potter, The Chronicles of Narnia and many other stories.

However, from my opinion I think we should be very carefully in choosing the right fantasy stories. We must take the moral values inside the stories but at the same time we shouldn't be very fanatic to any of them.

At our age, I believe that we are very sure on what we do including to choose this fantasy story. My advice is to take a bit more care about the child or in another word, help them choose the right story.

Hopefully, all of you can learn something about it.
That's for now!!!

The UEFA Cup, which will be renamed the UEFA Europa League in 2009/10, grew out of an idea conceived by Switzerland's Ernst Thommen who, along with Italy's Ottorino Barrasi and England's Sir Stanley Rous, later FIFA President, created a tournament for representative sides from European cities that regularly held trade fairs.

This forerunner to the UEFA Cup, the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup, was founded on 18 April 1955, two weeks after the founding of the European Champion Clubs' Cup. The first Fairs Cup involved teams from Barcelona, Basle, Birmingham, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Lausanne, Leipzig, London, Milan and Zagreb. The original tournament lasted three years, with matches timed to coincide with trade fairs. Barcelona, using players purely from FC Barcelona, beat a London representative side 8-2 on aggregate in the final.

Snooker is a cue sport that is played on a large baize-covered table with pockets in each of the four corners and in the middle of each of the long side cushions. A regulation (full-size) table is 12 ft × 6 ft (3.6 m x 1.8 m). It is played using a cue and snooker balls: one white cue ball, 15 red balls worth one point each, and six balls of different colours yellow (2), green (3), brown (4), blue (5), pink (6) and black (7).A player (or team) wins a frame (individual game) of snooker by scoring more points than the opponent(s), using the cue ball to pot the red and coloured balls. A player wins a match when a certain number of frames have been won.

Snooker is particularly popular in many of the English-speaking and Commonwealth countries, and in China, with the top professional players attaining multi-million pound career earnings from the game

One terminal of a cell or battery is positive, while the other is negative. It is convenient to think of current as flowing from positive to negative. This is called conventional current. Current arrows in circuit diagrams always point in the conventional direction. However, you should be aware that this is the direction of flow for a positively-charged particle. In a copper wire, the charge carriers are electrons. Electrons are negatively-charged and therefore flow from negative to positive. This means that electron flow is opposite in direction to conventional current.Current flow in electronic systems often involves charge carriers of both types. For example, in transistors, current can be carried by electrons and also by holes, which behave as positive charge carriers. When the behaviour of a circuit is analysed, what matters is the amount of charge which is being transferred. The effect of the current can be accurately predicted without knowing about whether the charge carriers are positively or negatively charged.A cell provides a steady voltage, so that current flow is always in the same direction. This is called direct current, or d.c. In contrast, the domestic mains provides a constantly changing voltage which reverses in polarity 50 times every second. This gives rise to alternating current, or a.c., in which the charge carriers move backwards and forwards in the circuit.

The culture of Ancient Egypt lived along the Nile river in Egypt from before the 5th millennium BC until the 4th Century AD. Ancient Egyptian society was based on farming the fertile Nile valley which flooded every year, enriching the soil with nutrients. The government of ancient Egypt, headed by the Pharaoh, was responsible for organizing farming efforts and collecting taxes for the state, which protected the country's borders and built grand monuments to the gods. The ancient Egyptian civilization effectively ended after the Roman domination, but the pyramids and colossal statues they left behind stand as testimony to the power of the pharaohs.

Bigfoot is an alleged ape-like creature said to inhabit remote forest, mainly in the Pacific northwest region of the United States and the Canadian province of British Columbia. Bigfoot is sometimes described as a large, hairy, and some believe that this animal, or its close relatives, may be found around the world under different regional names, such as the Yeti of Tibet and Nepal, the Yeren of mainland China, and the Yowie of Australia. Bigfoot is one of the more famous examples of mystery animal, with a large ongoing debate on whether it exists or not.

Bigfoot is described as being between 6–10 feet tall, and covered in dark brown or dark reddish hair. The head seems to sit directly on the shoulders, with no apparent neck. Witnesses say that the big foot have a large eyes and the head like a male gorila but walk like a human.

Some people think that Bigfoot is the evolution of a gorila or ape that can walk like human and the next evolution, the Bigfoot will be shape like human. But until now no one really sure what Bigfoot eat or where its nest is and there no solid prove to show that the Bigfoot really exists.

A rocket or rocket vehicle is a missile, aircraft or other vehicle which obtains thrust by the reaction of the rocket to the ejection of fast moving fluid from a rocket engine. Chemical rockets work by the action of hot gas produced by the combustion of the propellant against the inside of combustion chambers and expansion nozzles. This generates forces that accelerate the gas to extremely high speed and exert a large thrust on the rocket (since every action has an equal and opposite reaction).

The history of rockets goes back to at least the 13th century.By the 20th century, they have enabled human spaceflight to the Moon. In the 21st century, they have made commercial space tourism possible.

Rockets are used for fireworks and weaponry, as launch vehicles for artificial satellites, human spaceflight and exploration of other planets. While inefficient for low speed use, they are, compared to other propulsion systems, very lightweight and powerful, capable of attaining extremely high speeds with reasonable efficiency.

Chemical rockets store a large amount of energy in an easily-released form, and can be very dangerous. However, careful design, testing, construction, and use minimize the risks.

Larger rockets are normally launched from a launch pad which serves as stable support until a few seconds after ignition.

Chicken pox

Chickenpox is a highly contagious illness caused by primary infection with varicella zoster virus (VZV). It generally begins with conjunctival and catarrhal symptoms and then characteristic spots appearing in two or three waves, mainly on the body and head rather than the hands and becoming itchy raw pockmarks, small open sores which heal mostly without scarring.
Chickenpox has a 10-21 day incubation period and is spread easily through aerosolized droplets from the nasopharynx of ill individuals or through direct contact with secretions from the rash. Following primary infection there is usually lifelong protective immunity from further episodes of chickenpox.
Chickenpox is rarely fatal, although it is generally more severe in adults than in children. Pregnant women and those with a suppressed immune system are at highest risk of serious complications. The most common late complication of chicken pox is shingles, caused by reactivation of the varicella zoster virus decades after the initial episode of chickenpox.

Take the classic story in a book I have read about a line of jewelry that wouldn't move in a small retail store. Before leaving on vacation, the store owner told the manager to cut the price in half, to fire sale it and get it out of inventory.

Upon returning, the owner was amazed to see all of the jewelry gone. BUT, what amazed her was not that it sold, but rather that the manager misread her note and, instead of halving the price¡she doubled it. At the double the price, people assigned a higher value to the exact same merchandise, perceived it as more desirable and gobbled it up.

Many internet marketers, who are some of the most fanatical price testers on the planet, reveal higher sales volume by simply increasing price, with no other change in product or marketing.

So, no doubt, price and value are forever intertwined, but sometimes, in fact, very often, it's the price tail that wags the value dog¡within reason, of course.

From what i have been read, i had found that nowadays obesity always happen among person at all age level especially among the child. Hence, parents had been advice to take a good care of their child's meal before they are going to obes. Prevention is always bettr than cure. There are several types of food that must been taken in limited quantity and can cause obesity especially fast food like maggie, KFC, chocolate, McDonald, bicarbonate water an else.
Besides that, there are several ways to reduce the percentage to get obesity. For example reduce in taking fast food. It maybe can take a time per month. This is because in fast food has an ingredients that can effect our human body system. Exercise also important in reducing fat. When we do an exercise, it will burn fat and make we feel more healthy. In addition to that, parents must make sure thet their child take a balance diet.
Last but not least, no more obesity in our life.

From my reading about garbage crisis, nowadays our world has facing to the environment pollution like water pollution, air pollution, also land pollution. All of these pollutions caused by the garbage that throw away everywhere. We can see there ae a lots of garbages everywhere especially bottle, plastic bag, toxic from factory and else. Foe example, the toxic which throw into the river can cause water pollution. In addition to that, it also can damage aquatic's ecosystem. Besides that, when a lots of garbage throw into drain, it can cause bad smell and also can cause flood. As the result from the burning garbages in open air, the air pollution occur.
Although a lot of awareness campaign had done by the government to save our earth, but it still constant. People should change their mind set to save our earth. For example recycle the plastic, paper or aluminium. we also can use 3R concept which, reduce, recycle and reuse.
As the conclusion, lets protect our earth by changing our attitude. Prevention is always better than cure.

I would like to commant about Earth. So, in an article that I have read, Earth is a tremendous planet with waters, ideal temperature, landscape shaped by severely erosion, rainfall and water – streams and now its environment is severely threaten with the rises of temperature, of course it causes catastrophes to the earth. The rises of temperature are mainly caused by the increasing of the percentage of carbon dioxide in the air and consequently causes the ice-melting of the poles that can speed up the rises of the sea level, lowering the sea temperature that maximize the heat – absorbance and causes the longer colder winter and higher temperature of summer.
In my opinion, these are need to be stop and the best ways can be carry out are by lowering the greenhouse gas, carbon dioxide by 70% at today’s rate or our next generation will pay the higher price for the way we live today. And also we need to start planting more plant from now on to increase the oxygen.

I was read about the important sector of biotechnology in all of Malaysia's economic corridors. Our Prime Minister said.
"I would like to see biotechnology drive all the economic corridors. These are areas where the population is multiracial and it will improve their quality of life," he said in his keynote address at the BioMalaysia 2008 conference and exhibition in Kuala Lumpur.

He urged businesses in strong sectors like palm oil to step up investment in biotechnology, and said those in other sectors, too, must apply biotechnology in their operations.

Abdullah stressed that the aim and spirit of the national biotechnology policy, launched three years ago, must be kept alive even if its implementation or approach was altered.
The biotechnology policy concentrates on three major sectors such as agriculture, industrial, and medical and pharmaceutical.

Besides that, there would also be a push for marine biotechnology in Sabah, while in Sarawak, aspects of biofuel would come into play.

At the same times, the current financial crisis in the United States provided an opportunity for foreign investors to enhance or move their investments to Malaysia.

I was really shocked when I read a news article with the headline ‘Teacher kicked, slapped by two Form 2 girls’.

It is unbelievable as students should respect their teachers for all the hard work that their teachers had done in delivering the education and help them understand what they learn. But this horrible scene encountered by this 27-year old Physics teacher makes her traumatized although she does not have any physical injuries.

Azhana Ibrahim was assaulted after being involved in an argument with two Form Two students at 10am. The argument was over a crude word which one of the students had written in a class project report. The teacher sought an explanation from the students, both 14, which ended in a shouting match. Azhana and the two students also traded slaps in the incident at Sekolah Menengah Perlis here.

In my opinion, those student involved in the fracas with their students should be reprimanded and given heavy fines for their lack of attitude. They need guidance by their parents to respect their teachers and asked for forgiveness from their teachers. I hope all students will learn from this event that teachers is also like human too and need to be respected for their tremendous work in the community.

this is only for those who want to be singles or really singles for the whole life.. :P

- You can do whatever you want, whenever you want. No questions asked. No guilt about doing it either. You don't have to make excuses. You don't have to call your girlfriend to check in on her or ask her permission to go somewhere.

- You can fool around with as many women as you want.

- You can have a lot of fun.

- You can go out to places that you otherwise couldn't go to if you had a girlfriend.

- You can have fun and spend time with your friends. A lot of married people don't have a lot of time to spend with their friends anymore.

- You can really focus on your career, education, fitness, and goals.

- You have time to improve yourself and become a better person.

- You are free. You don't have anything holding you down or back.

- You don't have to listen to any bitching.

Gues those who's single like me wud enjoy our singlehood..but hey..who can stand being a single for the entire life? ABSOLUTELY NO!!!

TROPICAL SPECIES FEELING THE HEAT
(NEW STRAITS TIMES, 19/10/08,SUNDAY)

I am sure many of you have heard about global warming and its effects. Well, this article is about the effects of global warming to the tropical species. It is said that although tropical species are used to hot climate, global warming has a greater effect on them.

Why? Because many species are at their maximum climate already. If the temperature continues to rise it will slowly cause extinction to them.

In my opinion, this article opens up our mind about the effects of global warming especially to us who are in tropical climate. Hence, all of us must play a part to reduce or eliminate any factors which results in global warming such as the use of CFC and aerosol.

(NEW STRAITS TIMES,19/10/08)

Right fit? Wondering right fit for what? Well, this article is especially for women I can say.

It tells about how to choose a right bra with right cup size, right band size and the right type of bra for different women. Failure to do so will cause in backache, neck pain and so on. This article also tells that nine out of ten women worldwide wearing wrong bra! Wow! I am wondering am I one of them. Hehe=P

As for me, it is utmost important to wear a suitable bra according to the situation. If I am attending my Karate lessons, I will wear sports bra to give me a better support and comfort. In other occasions, I will wear the regular bra.

In my opinion, it is important for women to take a good care of their breast. Failure to wear a right bra may result in breast cancer. So, choose the correct bra which is suitable for you. I am sure all of us do not want to get such a cruel disease.

I totally agree with this article. If universities do not have benchmarks, they will not know where they stand and what they have achieved compared to others.

As for our local universities who are now low ranked, I think it is the time for us now to be more creative in producing useful research which will benefit mankind. It is also important to choose truely potential students without considering their race. By doing this, I believe our local universities can get a better rank in the world.

step to improve pronunciation...
The first step to improving your pronunciation is training your ear to hear the difference between different sounds. If you can't hear the difference between the vowel sound in man and the vowel sound in men, you will have a very tough time producing these sounds on your own.
It would be best to watch quality television like the news on BBC or CNN (depending on the accent you prefer) instead of sitcoms and movies, for example. Although not always perfect, this is about the closest you'll get to the most accepted standard pronunciation in British or American English.
As you watch TV, be sure that you pay very close attention to how the words are pronounced. If you watch both stations, see if you can pick up on some of the pronunciation differences between British and American English.

Minimal pairs are words that are identical except for the one problem sound you are focused on practicing. For example, if you have trouble with the sounds /r/ and /l/ you might practice reading a list of words like read/lead, road/load, fry/fly, fright/flight, crutch/clutch and so on. Slowly say these words out loud and really focus on the sounds and the way you use your voice. Here are some helpful hints to practicing minimal pairs:
- Say the words in a mirror. Exaggerate your facial expressions. Watch your tongue, lips and jaw, and note the differences when you make the sounds. Don't worry if you look a little strange at first! As your mouth learns how to make the sounds correctly, you won't have to make such weird faces to produce the correct sound.
- Record yourself saying the pairs. Listen to the recording and see if you can hear a difference between how you pronounce the words.
- Choose one word from each pair and say them out loud to a friend. Have your friend write down the words he/she hears. See if your friend heard the words you were trying to say. (You can also do this on your own by noting the words you choose as you record yourself saying them. Listen to the recording a few days later and write down the words you hear. Compare your list to the list of words you recorded.)
Taking time to practice your pronunciation is vital if you are to reach your goal of improving the clarity of your speech. Be patient with yourself! This process takes time, but the pay-offs will definitely be worth it.

TEACHER KICKED, SLAPPED BY TWO FORM 2 GIRLS
(NEW STRAITS TIMES, 17 OCTOBER 2008)

Surprise to read this title? Me too. This incident took place at Kangar when the teacher was questioning the two girls about their physics project. Out of sudden the two girls started to attack the teacher. Although the teacher was not injured but she was traumatised.

Haiz...what had happen to our youngsters? In my point of view lack of attention and education from the family is the main factor why youngsters nowadays are being so rude and immorale. Parents nowadays are busy with their respective job and have no time to spend with their children. Some of them don't even know what their children up to untill something wrong had happened.

It is utmost important for the parents to always know what their children are doing and with whom they always hang out. Parents also should educate their children from early stages and spend time with them to listen to their problem.

they may be the most delish snack food ever, but if they're cooked in partially hydrogenated oil, watch out. it contains trans fats, which are bad for your heart and may even cause your body to store extra fat around your belly. many fast-food chains now use healthier oils, like canola , but a lot of restaurants haven't switched over yet. if you can't find out what your fave place uses, try to cut back to once a week or so.

do you know how mostly songs are judged?
people often judge a song by their genre.as an example when the comes with the rock genre, there are already words pumped out saying things about unmorality of those kind of song.but, actually what the song contents are the most important one.what the singer try to evaluate to their listeners.what im trying to say here is that to judge so quickly before even do it a try, a check etcetera.Let me give you a simple example here.Avenge sevenfold. One of my favourite band.As i was saying before, this band carries the image of a rock band.So in our culture, they often having trouble in early misunderstanding.Evenn though Avenge sevenfold does sing like a hell of a singer, but if you llisten carefully there you might noticed something. They are singing about society, about the surroundings of people, about individual behaviour that mauch can be learned of.Its like an education but just in a different way.Not just them, buit also other typical kind of band all over the world speacially Malaysia. So! howabout having a mindsetting right now.Try to give music a life by giving chance not punishment.Who knows what might happen.World out there is full of something we would never able to figure out all.

this opinion was written by my friend and i translated it into english and put up a new example.

last week i read an article on the internet about a teacher and his opinion about his student and education..but i cant seem to find it back...ohhh.

but i do remember what he want us all to believe and love about education.

education is not just about learning and teaching.EDUCATION itself is a sacred word.a word of honour.BUT! for just those who honoured it.i kind of understand whats that saying but i really cannot figure it out myself about the true meaning of it.well lets just continue.when talking about education,it is more about giving and taking.whenever, wherever and whatever the situation is.It is a lipe.a behaviour oftenly most people understood. In this case, both side of student and teachers are the prime suspect. Some of them misunderstood the meaning in education when considering educaton is just for scores and grades. For work and money.exactly what method applied in most school.
when you think of it,education is something we all been having for all the time of our life.education grows up with us,live with us and die with us.Will it be fair to just considering it to be only for scoring marks and gaining higher grades?if education can speak for itself, long ago they already launch a boycott over this manipulative behaviour.
in order to achieve the true meaniing of HIGH EDUCATION and to be the real EDUCATED person, one must be prepared to transform either the student or the teacher. The education process take place in both interaction. It builds a bond which tie people around.
that is all i remember..still i read it for many time but i cant really understand what does it true meaning.
So lets all figure it out together.
thank you.

why do we have the sudden kind of fear when the time of exam appeared? what is it that we all fear the most?

is it the low mark? the failure? or just a feeling of fear or maybe an alergie over exam.

I might suggest you to fool around with your fear by doing something beyond your expectations.Like doing your study from night till dawn because mostly it doesnt help much.Instead of that why not have a relaxing moment of your time and distress all those problems even just for a while..try it over. Youll find it handfull.I have this written based by what i read from my previous school teacher.
Well,we dont have to study that hard for something that we dont know. How about go asking someone and make one or two exercise before entering your examination hall.Stop instantly when your in stress. This is why they created the word test.To test the student ability over the period of learning.
so if you dont really get it its ok.No need to feel down whatso ever.Though its like that but we are still a student and that is what we all do right?get wrong and get fixed. We come arise from those mistakes.
but still many out there suffer the fear problems and therea nothing much to do since it came out of nowhere and just barge in to interrupt.

I was doing my assignment so i go and surf the internet.while i was to busy surfing,my computer suddenly ring the virus alarm..oh my.
i have entered to unsecured site. Virus flowing from the site...better not talk about it. Makes me feel angry huhu.
still i can surf the internet,so i try to find solution for this problem. This is what the article told me,
always make sure your anti virus software is updated and have what it takes in protecting your computer when you are networking which means you must pick your personal protecter very carefully for some type of anti virus system dont give protection over internet surfing bugs.before now i was using the avira anti virus.the one with the red umbrella logo.It was a heck of a software.I have to reprogram my laptop because avira cannot remove the virus from my computer.after that, it is recommended for you to set your automatic whole computer scan daily for early step.always scan everthing from outside before double clicking it.
last for not least, always make sure you are updated with all the latest known virus over the internet.youll never know when one get to eat your system already by now.
so! better have your computer checked right away..
thank you

hi...
today i have read about parabolic antenna. a parabolic antenna is a high-gain reflector antenna used for radio, television and data communications, and also for radiolocation (RADAR),on the UHF and SHF parts of the electromagnetic spectrum. the relatively short wavelength of electromagnetic (radio) energy at these frequencies allows reasonably size reflectors to exhibit the very desirable highly directional response for both receiving and transmitting.
that's all.

It is about computer games..
In 2002, the study of 700 children found that stimulation and adventure games such as Sim City and Roller Coaster tycoon developed children's strategic thinking and planning skills. and research by Peter Excell, head of computing and communications technology ay Gilyndwar University in Wales, suggests computer games are a great way to explain the basics of physics. Do you know? Being a working mum also can bring benefits. A 2005 study found that women who combine a career with marriage and motherhood are less likely to have poor health tahn those who stay at home or have no children. A study in UK following British men and women born in 1946 throught their lives, also found taht 38% of long-term homemakers were obses by their fifties, compared with just 23% who had been working mothers.
Sadly the same benefits do not come from going it alone. Lone working mothers were less healthy tahn ones with partners or childless women ( though still healthier tahn mums who didi not work)

WHAT A HOSPITAL LEARN FROM F1??

The doctor realised that while they spent many years training to operate or to care for patient in the ICu no one had ever been trained to do a handover. and while long surgery might give them a complex understanding of the patient's condition, the team to whom they handed over did not have the knowledge. The must learn the team-work as been practiced by the pit-stop crew taht change a F1 car 's tyres, clean air in tanks and fill it with fuel-in seven seconds flat!

SUNBURN: HOW IT WORK

sunburn can cause skin cancer. UV rays can damages our DNA . Our skin try to fight back as soon as we are exposed to UV radiation. Cells called melanocytes release melanin pigment that blocks UV rays- in the form of tan that can reflect UV light. To prevent burns, use a sunscreen that blocks both UVA and UVB rays and reapply often.

What is seizure? I have read about seizure known as temporary abnormal electro-physiologic phenomena of the brain usually occurred on people who had epilepsy. At first I thought seizure can only occur for those people who had epilepsy but as I read this article I tend to find that people who do not have epilepsy can also face seizure as well. Seizure can also be subtle as marching numbness of a part of a body, a brief loss of memory or a sensation of fear. The treatment for epilepsy can only be conducted by neurology specialist.

This article that I have read is about how the children in Washington area suffered from hunger when school is out for holiday. The reason is, when school ends the federally funded schools breakfast and lunch programs are no longer available to ensure these children receive a sufficient amount of food.
Therefore, lets not waste our food no matter what and be moderate to avoid waste. We should be more aware and understand the feelings for those who suffer from hunger and poverty.

LEARNING TO LOVE YOURSELF..

There are many ways for us to love and to care for ourselves. The possibilities are infinite. One way to learn to love yourself is to act if you already do ( .e., "fake it till you make it").An important way to love ypurself is to nourish and care for your body: eat healthy food and exercise regulary. Taking breaks and having fun are important as well. Another way to enhance self-love and self-esttem is to be aware of your self-talk. Speak to yourself in ways that are more kind, less mean or abusive.

do you know how hurriceanes happen?
Hurricanes are high speed windstrom that start over the ocean and can have winds as fast as 250 km per hour.Hurricanes usually happen over ocean ,near the equator. They are formed when warm, wet air is forced upward by heavier, cool air.The air pressure drops qiuckly from the outer edge towards the center. This case the wind speed to rise. The winds move in a cicular patten aruond the center,or,eye, of the harricane .It the eye ,the winds stop and clouda lift , but the ocean below remains violet. The average hurricane covers an area of at least 240km.When the storm is over land, there winds destroy life and property.

Now i want to comment about public speaking..

Waht is public seaking actually?Public speaking means to speak or present our ideas in public. It can happen to anyoune at anytime and anywhere. One may be asked to speak at celebrations like weddings, engagements, farewell gatherings, appointments or at the workplace such as in meetings, briefings, office tours, and etc..For many people, the thought of speaking in public is terrifying and stressful. They break out in cold sweat; their stomachs turn upside down and they lose ability to think. Even experienced speakers feel nervous at first but the difference between an experienced speaker and an inexperienced one is that for the latter, the nerves are all the more apparent when he or she speaks.

I have read a biography of Wolfgang Amandeus Mozart. What is his contribution to the music? He left a rich body of chamber and orchestral music, and a series of operas that are generally regarded as some of the finest ever written, especially The Marriage of Figaro, Don Giovanni, and The Magic Flute. Although he made smaller contributions to the development of new musical forms than Bach, Beethoven, and Haydn, the perfection of his execution is such that he is usually ranked alongside them as one of the greatest composers of all time.
